Really pricey for what you got. Just really hard to justify paying for that
Unique food offerings, manager/bartender is wonderful. Taco Tuesday is a super deal on amazing tacos. Must try!
The lunch meal that my friend ordered was bland and the meat was an odd texture. The sides were also very bland. The food wasn’t hot and the enchilada sauce was thick, like it may have been from a packet. Beware: Extra charge for hot sauce, a little shredded cheese on the enchilada, and club soda.
Service was ok. Sadly this restaurant has gone downhill and we will not be back.
Go to this place right now so you can feel stupid for not coming here sooner like I just did, this was the most surprised I've been by a place in a while and the food is excellent
My husband had the enchiladas and I had the mango chicken over coconut rice. We had the white cheese dip as an appetizer. The food came out hot and beautifully plated. The entrees were delicious. The dip was okay, but nothing special, the same for the black beans. Everything else was really good. Will definitely go again.
This place is great! I've never had a bad thing. That always go with the white queso dip as an app. And El patron for my entree.
Food was delicious! The Mole was absolutely the best I've ever had.
Best salsa in OKC!!!
Nice atmosphere and great service. Loved the white cheese. Had street tacos. Will go back for the taco Tuesday deal!
Always great

The 1492 burrito with queso is great!
Unfortunately i am having to cross this place off my list because we went out of our way to come eat here and i walked thru the door at 725pm and there was not an employee in site and after 5 mins the bartender appeared and told me they were closed despite the closing tine being 8pm. If ypu arent going to uphold your closing time then i will never have any faith you will ever be open. I see why the midtown location closed and this location im sure will be next. I wish you the best, good luck.
First-time experiencing 1492 New World Latin Cuisine, had a to go order. Ordered the Taco Al Cabon meal, had the steak on a corn tortilla, meat was entirely too salty. It seems the only seasoning used was salt. Drenched in onions was a bit overkill. The Mexican rice was just ok not use to corn as the garnish in mexican rice. The beans were just ok not sure what flavor they were going for. Other order was the chicken breast over coconut rice. The chicken unlike the steak on the Taco Al Cabon had little to no seasoning, it was white in color and bland. The coconut Rice wa decent. The gold queso was also very bland and was just like plain cheese sauce. I really wanted to like this place had a lot of great reviews not really sure what they are had, or maybe it was a bad day. The gentleman that took my order was very nice. Also didn't receive the plantains that were suppose to be with the order or the black beans with one of the order.
Meh. I got the carne asada fries. While the fries and asada themselves were decent, the fries as a whole left much to be desired. Not a whole lot of asada meat on the fries. Maybe 3 tablespoons or so. No green chili sauce. The queso was ok but there were no peppers or anything in it. Just salty cheese sauce. The red salsa was very watery like end of the batch tomato juice. Nothing of substance. The beans were watery and unseasoned. Not sure why I can’t find a good place for authentic Mexican food but this place is mid at best.
Wasn’t that good .
