All American Pizza

Love this place. Their lunch special with a small pizza and drink is unbeatable & I have to mention the excellent customer service. Love the crust and sauce, I order the veggie with no cheese, extra sauce and it is amazing!!!!!

I have eaten all American for years. Usually have been very happy with the pizza. Well i still am happy with the pizza. It's more so the location. We started going to the MacArthur location when we learned of it as it closer to us. I won't be using the location anymore. I've gotten burnt, poor quality food before.. But the big issue is the rudeness, and attitude not Fro just the son, but that Dad is VERY rude.. I'm patronizing your business, which keeps you in business, and supports your family.. why you be rude, and send out poor quality food. And you think customers will come back or referr to anyone. And from the reviews it's not a one time occurrence.. if you dont want to be in business then don't. BUT. BEING RUDE TO YOUR CUSTOMERS AND SENDING POOR QUALITY FOOD IS NOT IT

A lunatic Chinese Door Dash guy started ranting about it taking an extra 5 minutes on a busy Friday night. Man at the register remained calm and professional. I would've ran him out of the store and not let him come back if it were me.

My 88 year old father decided to grab a pepperoni pizza yesterday (12/5/24)since he was in the area and noticed this All American store. He knew I had brought him pizza from AA before and loved it.
THIS is what he was given!!!! He did not realize the pizza was inedible until he got home and by then,. It was too dark outside for him to take it back ———so here it sits!! I called this location today to report this and was laughed at.
My dad was also charged almost $20. Im so appalled that any business would take advantage of an elderly person, especially All American Pizza. Who does this?? Stay away from this location. I’m livid.

Normally go in person, but ordered a stuffed crust pizza, paid a fair price of $18. I was brought an overcooked, thin crust pizza missing toppings instead. When I called to inquire as to a solution, I was offered a $10 one topping pizza for the next time I come in as a solution. When I explained that did not meet the price of what I paid and really just wanted what was ordered, I was told there was no manager on duty and the worker answering the phone was the only one there and could only text their manager for any assistance. Unfortunately, we ended up with no resolution, a mediocre pizza and a bit of disappointmenr with the manner in which this was handled.

My father in law is at the hospice house a couple of miles away, and the entire family came in to say their goodbyes, and we were all hungry, so we ordered 10 pizzas. They were ready when I arrived, and the 2 young men who helped me were extremely nice. They didn't say much to me because they could tell I had been crying and was pretty upset, but I could tell they cared by their eye contact and body language. I asked for a lot of ranch and told them I was willing to pay extra, but they told me that wasn't necessary. Not only was the service excellent, but that was seriously the best cheesy bread I have ever eaten! I can't comment on the pizza other than my order was correct (I can't eat pizza sauce), but I would highly recommend this pizza place to anyone! Thank you to the 2 young men at the front counter. Today was a really hard day, and your kind smiles and professionalism helped to ease my anxiety. You are so appreciated, and I hope this review gets you with the recognition you deserve. I'm sorry I was too upset to catch your names!

It's now been a year since I ordered from All American. I decided that between the attitudes from the large surly teenager at the counter and the condescending owner (?) who thought it would be cute to accuse me of being a door dash driver (with a smirk on his face) that I don't need to support this place anymore. No, I'm not a gd door dash driver, but I was a loyal customer of ten years. I figure I've spent around $7k at this location during that period, and I tipped well every time...I feel dumb for doing it.

I am a very picky pizza eater living in 2024 we're allowed to be this way because we have an untapped supply of options all I wanted was a slice they didn't offer that but he did give me a small pizza and a soda for $6.99 that's a steal so I tried it some of the best pizza I've had in Oklahoma 10/10 crust is perfect just the right amount of sauce pizza was so good it had me saying thank you after each slice I highly recommend this pizza
