We ordered a 3-Tier cake for our wedding. The cake tasted fine. However the design just completely missed the mark from the inspiration we sent to her when we booked the tasting. We tried to reach out to her about it twice and have not heard anything.

I’ve been trying to get in contact with this company for over a month now. We’ve emailed, my husband and I have left multiple messages and we haven’t received any response. We are wanting to place an order for a formal military event, but we don’t seem to have any luck getting a call back.

I ordered my wedding cake through Andrea Howard Cakes and it was amazing! We had a two tiered cake, and I surprised my husband with a grooms cake. She worked with me and we were able to keep the grooms cake a secret. We had three different flavors of cake and each one was so delicious. My wedding was weeks ago and I still have people mentioning to me how great the cake was.At first the price seemed a bit on the expensive side, but after I saw the cakes I was completely fine with the price. You get what you pay for, and her cakes show lots of talent and dedication, so I'll absolutely pay her prices for the quality of cakes she makes!My only issue was that we discussed my mom (who is a florist and did our wedding flowers) to be the one who puts the flowers on the cake. She said that was perfectly fine, and even noted that down two separate times. But when it was time to put the flowers on the cake, she refused to let anyone else do it, even though I was previously told it was fine. The flowers still looked good but it was upsetting that she promised one thing, then refused to keep her word.Edit to add: Andrea reached out to me and explained what happened with the flowers, and it seems it was all a big misunderstanding. There was some miscommunication throughout but it all worked out in the end! The cakes still looked and tasted amazing!

We have used Andrea for 9 years. She always delivers a fantastic looking cake and the taste is amazing !

Are you serious, Andrea? Never believed one person running a business with beautiful cakes could do something like you have done. Will ruining other business like that make you happy and help your life/your business better? For God’s sake, please be nice and kind!

I just ordered my fourth cake from Andrea. Exceptional service and the cake was amazing! Tasted great and looked every better. Andrea goes above and beyond to not only make the cake perfect but help in any way possible to make the event a success.

Super unprofessional demeanor on social media. Also clearly unprofessional in review replies, too. Anti-mask. No thank you! Glad you advertise your business on your unprofessional social media accounts so I know who to avoid.

Pls do your research before booking !!! Unpleasant experience for my nephews birthday cake even though she collected a deposit and and booked a service

Andrea has made numerous cakes for us over the years. Every one of them has been so good. She just recently made a 4th of July cake for our fireworks stand party. I would recommend Andrea Howard Cakes. She will not dissapoint!
