I hear common complaints about the bouncers being aggressive and incompetent at their jobs and I experienced it first hand last night. The bouncer and others were rude to my friends as well. I gave the bouncer my ID and she pulled me aside and asked where I lived my address and when I answered she gave me a condescending reply “and?”. She didn’t let me in claimed my ID was fake and when I proved to her that it was not fake they claimed that I was being rude to the bouncer and didn’t let me in anyway. Hire a professional that can actually read ID’s and be professional enough to not be intoxicated when playing security guard for your club.

A club bursting at the seams only for it to be filled with people who stand around. Participate or leave.
Why does the DJ play the whole song?
Stop playing song that are popular and START playing something we can dance.
There is more ambiance at a taco restaurant in south okc.

This bar/club has a large dance floor, upper balcony with great lighting and multiple bars located throughout. You dont have to be gay either to enjoy what this bar has to offer. I personally found the vibes to be much better than a regular bar. My bartender Cameron was really good at making drinks and attentive. Im not gay but I could see myself coming here again because its simply a fun place to be.

They do not care when men are sexually assaulted in their own bathrooms. Do NOT recommend. Disgusting.

I had a 15-person reservation for the VIP section upstairs. Online they told me it was a non-smoking venue but when I arrived it was very much cigarettes and 420 friendly. This is the first time I had ever been to a gay nightclub and it was so much fun. Everybody was very nice and welcoming. I felt like I could really talk to just about anybody there. I was happy to share my VIP space with people who were not in my group. The drink prices were not outrageous and the drinks were quite strong. Music was fun and dancing space is very ample on the first floor. There is a bar upstairs and downstairs. However do be careful, the stairwell to get upstairs and downstairs is very narrow and steep. Didn't get packed till about 12am. There were ALOT of attractive younger women there mostly in their 20s and 30s.

The security chick outside groped my girlfriends breasts, one of friends breasts, and my genitals twice. I’ve been screened by TSA and gotten less of a pat down. I genuinely felt assaulted by the staff, but then again, who hasn’t apparently. This place sucks and any other bar on the block would be better than Angles. Oh and don’t get me started on the aggressiveness of the staff members especially security.

My friends and family and I had an unpleasant experience at Angles to say the least. When checking IDs, the security guard took my cousin’s ID and, instead of simply pointing out the issue, asked in a condescending tone, “what month is it?” When my cousin hesitated, the guard became aggressive and told him the ID was expired. My cousin didn’t realize it, but there was no reason for the situation to be handled in such a hostile way.
The woman working the door also addressed us in an unnecessarily harsh tone and refused entry without any attempt at professionalism. (We were already allowed in and felt very uncomfortable with how they conducted their “pat down”.) There wasn’t even a line to get in. Just our group of about ten people, and the club itself was nearly empty.
It left us with the impression that Angles doesn’t value treating people with respect, which is disappointing for a place that should be welcoming and trying to build back their customer bases from their recent failures as a business and community.

Watching staff stumble around drunk and pick fights with patrons doesn’t exactly scream “professional security.” It felt unsafe, unwelcoming, and flat-out ridiculous. Management should be ashamed to let someone like that represent their business. Small male bouncer was clearly wasted, and an absolute embarrassment.

A smaller male bouncer appeared very intoxicated and became aggressive toward patrons who were simply carrying out bottled water that had been purchased inside. It created an uncomfortable and unprofessional atmosphere. Management should really keep a closer eye on staff behavior to ensure guests feel safe and respected.

DAWG FIRE THE DJ or get a new MIXXXXX why am i’m in the club listen to ONE DIRECTION, PITBULL FROM 2010, AND MADONNA. i feel like it shows the aging crowd and the overall dissatisfaction when the entire crowd is standing and MAYBE moving their shoulders at max. everything else is perfect and a new mix would make this experience a million times better ♥️

Free cover and cheap drinks are great. The people are amazing and it’s a great welcoming atmosphere….

but the DJ HAS GOTTA GO. plays the same songs EVERY weekend and it’s just 2010 greatest hits! and will play full songs with no mixing; we listened to all FOUR of the verses to “All i do is win win win” in the big 25 💔

Play some modern music and stuff we actually listen and dance to now and it’ll be the perfect place.
