Ribs came out cold. Only white wine for happy hour, no red. Took a long time to get hot ribs and they came out with no fries. My spouse was done with his dinner by then. I recommend a meat thermometer.

The manager Chelsea is the best manager I’ve ever seen really helpful takes care of customers and her employees. She really cares about the service customers are getting.

The lettuce in salad wilted. The dressing was sour tasting . Very Bad experience. We will not be returning. Waited 20 minutes to order 30 minutes to get food.

For the last 2 years, when I ordered and paid Applebee's for 2 extra sides of Asian vinaigrette, I never get it! I complain about it privately in-store, and nothing ever happens. I only get one entree type off the menu when I dine here and only vary my appetizers. You can check my loyalty account I've had since 2017!! I get charged on carside to-go with the entrees for something I don't receive. Today, I have only 2 garlic bread inside of each of the containers, which is now an oatmeal topping on my salad. You guys were better than this!! What happened?!?!
