Arbuckle Mountain Original Fried Pies

We tried the cherry and blackberry fried pies, and both were delicious! The place was packed when we arrived, but the line moved quickly and efficiently. The pies had a perfect balance of sweet, fruity filling and savory, flaky dough. The only thing that could have made them even better might be a light glaze or a dusting of powdered sugar for that extra touch. The staff was friendly, and the restrooms were clean—a definite plus for a busy roadside stop. All in all, a great experience and a must-try if you’re in the area!

They have it decorated for Easter at the moment. Very spring very cute. The owner was there today. Gave samples. Yummy I wanted to brag about the cherry brownie Sunday. So amazing. Wish I would have bought more. I will be back for sure. Thanks for being in the city.

Excellent customer service. Dirtiest restaurant I've ever been in. Will never go back. Trash on the floor. Coffee pots filthy. Ceiling fans are despicable.

I got the meatloaf pie and the apple pie both of which were SPECTACULAR. Dough: sumptuous, fresh and warm. The service was wonderful bc they were so patient, welcoming, and made good suggestions. Will def be coming back!

the fried pie crust itself is really good! crispy and light. the shells are not too thick. fillings range from sweet to savory or a bit of both! the dinner pies and breakfast pies are made to order so theyll be hot. the ready to eat pies are the sweet filled ones (sold room temp). im sure the lovely team running this shop can heat up the pies if you ask them to. We got 5 pies:
1. Ham N Cheese (cheddar)
2. Pizza Style (cheese/pep & tomato sauce)
3. Chkn Fried Steak (w.mash/white gravy)
4. Turkey Dinner (turkey, stuffing & gravy)
5. Coconut Cream
Pies are cheap, fillings are not made in-house, some was a bit too salty for our liking so grab a drink to wash it down! The team here are so friendly and polite. we really enjoyed the pies and will definitely stop by here again!

made our pies cold and hard, tasted like they have been sitting out all morning. we backed up to ask if we can have hot pies that are fresh. asian worker argued and told us we will be charged for having fresh pies. what restaurant or food chain charges people for FRESH food? i wouldn’t recommend unless you like cold old food.

As we pulled up, the gentleman immediately opened the window and greeted us. We also saw him go outside and take the orders behind us in the 20 degree cold. The pies themselves were delicious soft and chewy on the inside.
