This arby's today to make up for the bad food on yesterday at another arby's.In another part of Oklahoma, I explained to the young lady at the register.What happened, She was great.She had great customer service and my food was perfect at this arby's.Here so thank you for correcting what the other arby's did about 80miles away😁👍🏾

Typical fast food. We hadn't had a roast beef sandwich in a long time and thought it sounded good. It was, just as I had remembered it. The curly fries were tough and overcooked, not as I had remembered.

My husband and I get the 4 for 10 and the 3 for 5 mix and match and comfortably eat for under $20. Love me some Arby's.
Just came thru and ordered 4pc mozzarella sticks and 2 of the 4 was not fully cooked as I bit into 2 semi frozen mozzarella sticks. Called and they replaced it so great customer service!!!!!

I drive out of my way to this Arby's because the food is always fresh and delicious but mostly because all of the young men who work at this store are very polite and courteous. They make my potato cakes fresh every time and they always serve with a smile. To me, that means they have good management and I appreciate that! Good job, Arby's!

I am normally someone that tries to give the benefit of the doubt before jumping to conclusions, however, this is the 5th or 6th time I have ordered food from this establishment at this location over the last year or so and have received about 50% of my order. Which is exceptionally frustrating when I spend quite a bit of money to feed a large amount of people.Customer service is disheartening.No matter how friendly you are the the restaurant workers, they are not friendly to customers. They treat and speak to customers as if they are an imposition for dining in their restaurant.Will no longer be a patron or will be recommending this Arby's location to anyone.

Customer Service is awful. Manager does not know how to talk to people politely. Food service is pretty quick but customer service like I said is awful and it’s one of the biggest parts about coming to eat fast food.Was not very nice with me and my significantBut (not to be rude) was pretty nice to someone of the same race. I felt as if she is discriminating against someone who doesn’t have the same skin color. Pitiful. Won’t be back to this location.

First, they forgot my online order lg curly fries. The special with bacon was a laugh. Paper-thin "bacon", the 4 measley pieces on the "special" bacon roast beef on hawaiian bun. Luckily, I really like the roast beef.
