Customer Service is awful. Manager does not know how to talk to people politely. Food service is pretty quick but customer service like I said is awful and it’s one of the biggest parts about coming to eat fast food.Was not very nice with me and my significantBut (not to be rude) was pretty nice to someone of the same race. First, they forgot my online order lg curly fries. The special with bacon was a laugh. Paper-thin "bacon", the 4 measley pieces on the "special" bacon roast beef on hawaiian bun. Luckily, I really like the roast beef.
I have ate lunch here multiple times. This location is constantly clean including the bathroom. The food is promptly prepared and the quality is consistent with Arby's. The service here is what makes the location stand out.

The store is a newer design but the food options are very limited. They don’t serve salads, they no longer have the banana ? peppers ?️, and the chicken ? strips are now itty bitty chicken nuggets. They also wrapped my Buffalo chicken ? sliders ? in paper instead of the boxes they used to use. So the sauce was all absorbed by the paper ?.

I am very disappointed in quality of the food and shakes. This Arby's was my favorite place to eat at. The meat of the chicken sandwiches where thicker and juicer. Now they are flat and dry. They have made mistakes several times. French dip with no dip and wrong type of fries. It is frustrating to have to check the order every time to make sure it is right. The flavor of the jamocha shakes is different too. The sizes of shakes has changed. They no longer have a large. When I ordered a medium size they gave me a small. That's when I found out about the change. I don't know why they didn't tell me when I ordered at the drive thru. I will definitely not go to this one again. One thing I have always liked is they are friendly and polite.

After the remodel the inside is very nice and cool. The staff is much better these days. Unfortunately it's still Arby's, and well, it's very overpriced and underwhelming.

Arby's has been heavily advertising their Wagyu burgers but the wagyu burger was not on the menu and none of the employees had a clue what I was asking for. They knew NOTHING about the wagyu burger. Also, I have since found out that the wagyu burger is NOT 100% wagyu beef. It is mixed with meat from other breeds of cattle.
