After I ordered, was not told the ice machine was not working, then how was I to know that they put all orders in sacks? Told them I would get my sauces and things over by the pop machine girl said in a snotty voice we don’t have anything over there. People walking around in the back while the dining room was dirty. I'm very disappointed that your drive thru person was not wearing a mask tonight. I had a mask on. The person in the car in front of me had a mask on. The person in the car behind me had a mask on. Why aren't the people who are preparing our food wearing masks??? That is extremely upsetting and dangerous right now. I have always loved Arby's.
