I come to Arby's alot and im also a manger for a fast food business and I ha ve to say the two young lady's that were working tonight (11-5-2025) at 5:51pm I do believe There name's were Jude and Shay, these two are absolutely 💯 amazing very polite and big beautiful smiles, they double and triple checked my big order and did the dang thing, a HUGE SHOUT OUT TO THE BOTH OF YOU KEEP DOING AN AMAZING JOB. This is now my new favorite Arby's thank you lady's.

Typically when looking at reviews for fast food places the bar is set at mediocre.
However when Lonnie is working that bar is sent through the roof.
I eat here decently often and anytime I see Lonnie at the window I don’t even check the bag. You can tell he genuinely cares about his job and the work he does.
Give that dude a raise or a promotion!

I entered the Twilight Zone today at Arby’s…. I approached the drive-through. Placed my order. Drove to the window. Handed my payment to the employee and my food was handed to me BEFORE my receipt. The order was completely correct. The napkin number was reasonable (not 1 or 50), My sauce request was spot on and when I got home, the food was warm and prepared correctly as ordered….. order ID AAC9HM7JAUD8
