If Marcellus is not already the general manager of the store, he needs to be. I’ve lived next to this Arby’s for five years and I’ve never had the kind of customer service I got from him. He is top notch. If you don’t promote him, I’ll hire him myself.

Went inside to order to go meals, staff greeted me immediately upon entering the building. Order was correct building was clean and all team members were pleasant. Overall experience 5 stars!!!
Had the Arbyque 2 for $5. Good value for good food. Fast service. Clean place to eat.
