If Marcellus is not already the general manager of the store, he needs to be. I’ve lived next to this Arby’s for five years and I’ve never had the kind of customer service I got from him. He is top notch. If you don’t promote him, I’ll hire him myself.
Went inside to order to go meals, staff greeted me immediately upon entering the building. Order was correct building was clean and all team members were pleasant. Overall experience 5 stars!!!
Want to give a shout out to Summer who is usually my drive thru cashier and server. She is always polite, she smiles even when there is a long line and it's busy and ensures my order is not only correct, but on point. I eat at this location a minimum of once per week and always choose this location because I know with Summer in the drive thru my food will amazingly fabulous!
