Food was cold and didn’t even give me fries

I would like to say thank you & give recognition to the younger man working the drive thru window on 05-13-25 @ 10:00 PM. He was extremely polite, has manners, & was extremely courteous.
This type of customer service is SO RARE now-a-days & absolutely should be noticed for it.
Thank you again & I truly hope this employee continues on this path moving forward & excels from his great attitude & politeness!

Awkward.
Feels like you're the new kid in middle school looking for a spot to eat lunch in the cafeteria. Staff are standoffish, and kinda rude. Slow service everytime I visited.

We order from DoorDash, our bag is always sealed when arrived. Consistently (not ordering from this location again, we have definitely learned our lesson), we receive one less item than what was ordered. We ordered and paid almost $1 each for cheddar cups. One half pump of cheddar per cup was received. Ordered 2 Original Gyro meals, one with curly fries, one with crinkle cut fries. 2 curly fries received, with only one gyro. Every time we ordered from Arby’s, something is missing. Again, the bag from DoorDash is sealed. Disgraceful for a franchise.

Worst Arby’s experience ever. We placed a mobile order, went through drive through and picked it up. We unfortunately made the terrible mistake of not looking at our bags. We got home and realized we received not one of our sides. I immediately called and spoke to Jack. He stated yes come right back, I advised him it would be 20-30 minutes as I was already all the way home. He said I will be able to come in and get my sides just bring my receipt, which I did, and he will throw in a shake or something for the inconvenience. We drive all the way back, stand in line for about 5 minutes, then Jack comes to the counter to help. He stated that he spoke to no one on the phone and this just was not true. Just before this, I watched him throw my sides back into the fryer from the bag. Then tells me he has no clue what we are talking about. I understand being short staff but blatantly lying to my face after the phone call and watching him remove my sides from a bag and throw them back under the heater. Mind you, those sides have been sitting for over 30 minutes now. Now I am on my way back home with cold food and absolutely rude service. Will not be using this location again.

Have had some issues with a few employees here and Kelly and Alex were quick and easily fixed up the situation for me. Much appreciated from these two gentlemen, without people like this places would be operational. 5 stars for the fresh food, and 5 stars for customer satisfaction.

They gave me what I payed for and deserved. Nothing more

Worst food from Arby's ever!!!!!! Super Nasty!
Will not be back! Every 6 -12 months I see an Arby's commercial and the food looks so delicious so I decide to give them another chance. I will not do so again! Last time I was there they served me a chicken sandwich that was raw in the middle. Today I ordered a Beef and Cheddar. Not only was it cold, it looked like a 3 year old made it and then ran over it with a truck. I have found over the years, that it does no good to call because they simply do not give a ***** and will do nothing to rectify the situation. If you value your taste buds, stomach, and sanity, then please do not try them.
