Have had some issues with a few employees here and Kelly and Alex were quick and easily fixed up the situation for me. Much appreciated from these two gentlemen, without people like this places would be operational. 5 stars for the fresh food, and 5 stars for customer satisfaction.

Worst food from Arby's ever!!!!!! Super Nasty! Will not be back! Every 6 -12 months I see an Arby's commercial and the food looks so delicious so I decide to give them another chance. I will not do so again! Last time I was there they served me a chicken sandwich that was raw in the middle. Today I ordered a Beef and Cheddar. Not only was it cold, it looked like a 3 year old made it and then ran over it with a truck. I have found over the years, that it does no good to call because they simply do not give a ***** and will do nothing to rectify the situation. If you value your taste buds, stomach, and sanity, then please do not try them.

Food took 20 minutes for them to get more beef ready on a Thursday evening. I gave a coupon for the shake, was charged full price, and all they did was give my coupon back. No offer of apologies or money back or even another shake to compensate for the difference.
Food was average but don't expect service when you walk in..wont even look at you lol not to mention i was literally the only person inside at the time....then when your eating they decide to only sweep where your sitting at ..i was waiting on the guy to sweep my food off the table! Drive thru only at this location

what a joke for an arbys, ordered 2 1/2 lb roast beef, got 2 stale buns with reg roast beef, got home put it on scale, each was 3 oz, NOT 8oz... also got very greasy fries, asst mgr did not care

I went 10 minutes before they close and they gave me all their leftover crusty hard as a rock curly fries so whatever you do, don’t go before they close because they will give you bad service.

Waited for a long time before getting my food and when I asked for a drink for my wait and the manager said no which was ok but his attitude was very unprofessional and rude. Service was not good.

My wife and I were looking forward to a good meal. Unfortunately due to extreme cold conditions we could not enjoy it. It was so cold in the store that our food became cold in a few minutes. Many other customers were also complaining, in fact one customer said he was originally going to eat inside but because of the temperature he went to his car to eat. The food was good and the store was clean.
