Took my grandma here for lunch today. Very clean super fresh food. The man working in the back was so friendly greeting us from behind the grill., and coming out to check on how the food was while we were eating. A plus service for him and this location!

Since the one in Yukon closed - we very rarely go to Arby's but when we do - this place is awesome - they're fast, reliable and I've never had a bad experience. Hopefully they'll stay open!

Went into this Arby's to get a doordash order and while I waited the guy that does the drive thru put His whole hand into 2 cups, filled them up and went to give it to a customer in the drive thru... how disgusting.. also they just looked at me when i walked in with no greeting at all.. sad place of business.. glad I don't live out this way...

Service was terrible. Food was not bad. One of the sandwiches had some hard edged roast beef but not a lot. The main issue was the worker at the front counter. I didn't mind not being greeted even though no one was in there upon entering. The issue I had was the back to me and then side eye asking what do I need. I stayed cordial and stated I was there to pick up online order I placed 20 minutes prior and paid for already. She said "first name" And she was unhappy about something (everyone on edge now days so remained pleasant). Gave first name then she turned and said and last name like she was irritated so again maybe that's on me for not giving my full name. She then proceeded to tell me it will be awhile because they just got order then turned back around. I said thank you in positive manner and sat down. Her and another worker side eyed me twice so I asked could I help them with anything and she replied no and then once food was ready she sat it on counter and said here. I asked for sauce other than then the amount I requested thru app because I added more sandwiches and forgot to add the extra sauce. She said it's already in bag then turned back around. I asked if I can get extra for the extra order and she said it's in bag. She then watched as I made my own to go little paper cups of sauce and placed in my bag to accommodate the need. I didn't want to make a big deal out of sauce packets because I understand the cost and inventory control. She seemed to hate her job and even the guy that came in while I was getting sauces after thanking her very graciously got no response from her. I recommend that anyone not wanting to be at work or deal with customers maybe not work the front and stay in the back. I will not be returning to this location in the future. It was everything I could do to not say something about the attitude and tone as if I was a bother for picking an order up. May her days get better.

It was just OK. The restaurant was freezing cold. They weren't seemingly busy, and it took forever. After all that,the fries were cold.

So go to this location to get two roast beef and cheddar sandwiches with bacon !!!! No roast beef no bacon ? How are you even in business ? This location has consistently failed to meet my expectations. It’s always something happening out of stock no help etc wait time to long . Fix this problem please I love Arby’s overall but you need some serious changes . To answer below questions I can’t I did not get anything you were out of everything. So disregard answering the questions. I could not submit without answering.
