I placed an order online and I come to pick it up. The woman who served us was extremely rude. I had shakes apart of my order and that was the thing I was AFTER. Then after we arrived she wanted to break down the shake machine WAY before closing. ONE HOUR before they close. Then we decided to call them and ask for a refund and then proceeds to tell us we can get a refund on the app. We go on the app and we CANNOT get a refund. We simply told the woman and she was continually rude to us and would not give us the manager number. I will never come to this place again. I do not suggest to come to this location. Customer service is bad and they are extremely rude!!!!

I just left the Arby's on 23rd Northwest off of i-44 service road my husband and I ordered two beef and cheddar which was posted on the menu board 2 for 6:00 which I was in return told that it was no longer on sale my husband in return said it's on the menu board don't you have to told us to pull forward when we got to the window Thomas was very rude disrespectful had a very disrespectful demeanor and said I will give it to you this time but it is not on sale I did the menu board myself I said well it is posted on the menu board beef and cheddar fish and cheddar regular fish in 2 for6 he and return told me that it was not on the menu board and said he did the menu boards himself and that's not what was on there and we in return told we would not have asked him if that's not what was on menu and in return he slammed the window
