Early lunch at 10 am when no other customers were there. Very friendly employees. Nice and clean restaurant but no TV screens. The Crispy Fish Meal tasted okay but the fish sandwich was so much smaller than at Arby's in Iowa and Nebraska last year!!! Only about half the size. Now is this shrinkflation?

Spent $10 on a beef and cheaper meal and the Arby's on Pennsylvania forgot my cheese. How do you forget cheese??? There's only 3 items to this sandwich!!! And I came from seminole and had to be back to get my kids so couldn't go back! Pretty messed up!!! ?

Food is good but prices have went up while food sizes went down. I do like the upgrade from waffle fries to crinkle cut fries though those never fail.
Parking: Easy upfront parking but right by the street light so a little difficult to get onto the street during rush hour
Wheelchair accessibility: Wheel chair accessible but heavy front door so may need a hand opening it if you roll in on your own.

I had submitted an order through the app more than half an hour before I was to pick it up. Showed up a few minutes before I was supposed to be there and they handed me someone else's order and then once I told them it want mine, they stated they never received my order. I showed them my receipt and was told there was nothing they could do since they never received my order.
