I just went to Arbys drive thru and they had me pull forward to wait on my food. I thought alright I'm getting fresh food. I was so wrong!! I ordered a #13 chicken with bacon sandwich. My fries were cold, chicken looked like a burnt piece of cardboard and nothing fresh on this sandwich!! I will never go to Arbys again!!!!
Horrible Food.!!!! Rude Manager!!! Got a video on facebook. Sad and disappointed!!!!
