attempted to call and order a large order and was told i can’t place those orders over the phone for same day pick up since they need 24 hrs notice. but was then told i could come in and order and get same day pick up? i came in and placed the order and then was scolded by who i believe was there manager and was told i was “wiping out all his beef” with 20 sandwich’s? order was placed at 12:25pm. if 20 sandwich’s wipes your entire beef supply then maybe they should’ve ordered more beef 🤷🏽♀️ the man was very disrespectful and has been disrespectful to his two employees as well in front of customers. very unprofessional.

I had a coupon for a meal deal for like $5.99 when I got home i realized they gave me a roast beef instead of beef and cheddar called up there to the store spoke to the manager and he made it right and replaced my meal for free when I got off work great service great management mess ups happens will be back eventually 😃

I bought Chicken Tenders and Potato Cakes... for THREE CONSECUTIVE days! I've never been one to patronize a fast-food restaurant, but I enjoyed my meal each time, even tho I went there for my husband. And where else could I get a Mellow Yellow drink. (P.S. All Arby's are NOT created equal! The same tenders were AWFUL in OKC!)
I was out in OKC for a trip to a horse show, and honestly, this trip had so many things going wrong with the car and hotel that I was contemplating just cancelling early and paying for a sooner flight home. I've come to this Arby's 3 times while here on my trip, and every time the service has been stellar. The employees are friendly, and as silly as it might sound, the employees made visits here one of the few bright points on my trip, which is probably why I returned two more times. They even wrote a nice note on my last bag--I stopped for lunch before heading to the airport--it was a really nice touch. Anyway, thank you to this Arby's and its wonderful staff for being the uplifting point of this trip. You guys are definitely doing it right. If corporate/management sees this post, please let the employees know they are doing a stellar job and their kindness was one of the highlights of my whole weekend trip, and please thank them again on my behalf.?

This store was fine for many months of me going here as it is close to my work. The last three visits have had the poorest quality sandwiches I've ever had at an Arby's. I honestly think I can slice meat thinner by hand than what they've been serving me. I don't know if someone wasn't properly trained on the slicer or just doesn't care, but I'll probably not be back to this location.

The two employees working around 3:30pm on 8/30/24 really did an amazing job handling things when they needed more help. Their customer service went above and beyond expectations. It would be nice to see the workforce not have to handle the work load of more than they should in their jobs.
