I couldn't request light ice in my drink through the app, so I asked the young lady for that when I pulled up. I was told that wasn't possible because she had already made it. I asked if she would just take out some of the ice, and as soon as she started speaking, a man came on the intercom with a loud and very rude tune to say, "No." If I didn't know Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior, I would have gone into the restaurant to cuss that man out. There was no reason to speak to me like that... especially over ice. I chose to settle for an expensive drink that wasn't the way I wanted it and not confront the guy about his rude customer service.

Pulled up at lunch time for 4 roastbeef. 14 minutes!!!!!Get back to work, no Arby's sauce ... 7 packs of ketchup only.The same manager ran taco Bueno next door in the ground too..I will never eat at this location again!!!

I've been to this location 3 times and it is by far the worst Arby's I've ever been too, management does not care about proper training,l. Bathrooms are a catastrophe, and I've ordered the French dip all three times, and each time they've forgotten the sauce, not much of a dip is it?I think this location needs a visit from corporate office or just new management that cares.
