I ordered 55 dollars worth of food 2 double beef and cheddar, a 5 piece chicken strips meal large the chicken strips were very small and over cooked for 12 dollars not happy I als9 ordered 1 roast beef gyro meal large with swiss cheese no cheese was added I also ordered a single roast beef gyro with swiss cheese again no cheese was added I also ordered a roast beef slider I had to go back and get that which made my food cold not a happy person

I placed an order for delivery and they didn't put any sauces in my bag so I had a roast beef sandwich without Arby's sauce, jalapeño bites without broncoberry dip and mozzarella sticks without marinara. Very dissatisfied.

Usually have a decent experience. Today I was so disappointed 😞 Shift manager took order, put in sack as that was that.received sloppy cold chicken sandwich with 1/2 order of cold fries, informed manager and was ignored. Guy on fries, grab his fries a sat down with other workers sittingin D.R. Manger sat across dining room on phone, loud, and had the nerve to vape inside. Asked fry guy if I was going to get fresh fries? States" oh my bad"

As with most restaurants I had to send the French fries back. They were not even hot. The roast beef was barely even warm, and when it came time you give me my food, they put it in a bag for dine in that is very inconvenient, not very clean. You have to eat off of the table. I was there November 23rd at 1:05 PM. Order id#AACW3ML4ACAP. I received a reply to my review from somebody that said they were the owner and gave me a website to go to first of my to reach out to me. It is not a good website, so I'm not sure what the problem is, but I reviewed all the reviews from people and it seemed like this restaurant has a lot of bad reviews. That apparently, don't get taken care of.

STICKY GRIMY FLOORS. Three or four workers during dead hours and they’re sitting in the lobby loudly chatting with each other as if they’re customers. I’m guessing that’s why the floors aren’t clean. They were so loud at one point I couldn’t hear what my son was saying and he’s not quiet. I was shocked. The food is fine. Terrible service. I’m finding this at more and more fast food restaurants. Employees lack even basic manners, forget customer service just like here. Filthy. The Braum’s on 39th and Tulsa is the same way.
