After paying and after being asked to pull forward when he brought out the food I asked oh sir but what about the shake and he just kept walking. So I got out of my vehicle because I thought he didn’t hear me but instead he comes out while I am walking in with a copy of the receipt telling me I did not order a shake. I then went through my order as I had previously stated it and he continued to argue with me all I wanted was the food I ordered. There’s no need to be rude if you make a mistake excepting responsibility for the mistake would’ve changed the entire visit. Instead it was the worst experience I’ve ever had an Arby’s not only was the entire place blacked out no lit sign no open sign the menu was dark but when I get home my bronco berry sauce I had asked for magically turned into marinara. seriously lay off the drugs get your lights fixed and if you can’t live up to the Arby’s name closed down.

I came in around 730 at night on March 2, in the drive-through I ordered a chicken wrap, and my surprise how rude the cashier was to me. He demanded me to drive up to the first window asking me if I knew how speak properly English. I told him what I order and watch him and cook just pointing at me and laughing at me, Once I got the food home the chicken was overdone the tortilla shell brick hard and put they half of bottle of Buffalo sauce on it
Dont usually leave reviews of fast food, but the manager in there was just phenomenal. Was a rush hour on a Friday afternoon and she was communicating so well with her team and the customers, got my reuben in like 5 minutes too! Hope she's having a good day :)

I ordered a big bac9n cheeseburger and a large curly fries, the bacon part of it was raw still was slimy and disgusting, the burger patty was trying to be pink nice but was even bloody raw, tasted ur special two deli cheese and horsey sauce it took to try to eat the disgusting sandwich, the order of fries was awful u gave me all the bits and pieces of the fryer like oil net remains, I used to find going to that Arby's in 1980's really neat here in oklahoma with the Native American fact of our state hood pressesence- the hygiene of one of ur Cook like his or she personally self should not be putting a meal together at a sandwich delivery and deli national chain, I can't believe I wasted that much money on ur disgusting burger and pieces box large of fries. Hope ur location fixes it or losses its business and goes under gone and closed and gone for good from ripping people like myself off trying to catch a late sat lunch. One of the most disgusting meals I ever paid for. Like I would rather pay someone to gut punch for 5hrs for the same $ than ordered that disgusting mess again.

We had a sizable order (kids meal, regular meal, 3 sandwiches, 2 shakes). 2 sandwiches were missing entirely and a third was wrong. The incorrect sandwich was mine. Which, this order seems to completely elude the workers at multiple locations across several years. Regular beef n cheddar, sub the cheddar with market swiss. I've ordered this sandwich roughly 10 times at 3 locations in the last 6 years. Once. Once it's been right. And this time, i actually took some if the meat off my remade sandwich because it looked questionable. While we were there, someone came in from the drive thru line with a wrong order. The last time we came they didn't have roast beef. And, i know this isn't a decision from anyone who works here, but getting rid of the original sign in favor of a small modern sign was a bad choice.

I just left from Arby's and when I pulled up I asked for a number three he didn't even bother to ask me what size fries or a drink then I told him the gyro same thing didn't ask me for a drink we got to the window waited there 10 minutes he was very rude didn't say thank you you're welcome nothing you seem like he was on drugs he brought the food out forgot the dip for the fridge dip sandwich also the sandwich was cold I even asked him doesn't a drink come with those meals he said no I'm pretty sure it does management needs to do something about this shift ASAP there was a line around the building with cars and the whole crew seem like they were out of it

Person covering drive thru needs more training, pull up to pay for food he acted disgusted cause we inconvenienced him in some way. He was mad or something cause we asked for some arby sauce crammed napkins and some sauce and all our food in one small bag,(3 sandwiches, 2 fries and large mozzarella stick. Ripped the bag when aggressively handing our food. Didn't say sorry or let me get you another bag, and then he forgot our drinks. So we had to remind him. I love Arby's food but we won't be going back.
