The curly haired girl working the drive thru in the mornings is always quick, and so sweet. And the blonde white lady who manages the night shift is my favorite person there, always goes above and beyond for me, and everything I order is always perfect and so delicious!! I go there all the time, and never have a bad experience.

We dined in as a family, and the lady who served us was ready, friendly, helpful, and so kind to our kids. The dining room was nice and clean, and we enjoyed our food. My husband especially enjoyed the Smokehouse Brisket from the main menu.

I’ve never ate Arby’s before so me and my spouse came to western and 89th location in okc we were greeted and helped by the manager Britney which was very professional and friendly always had a smile on her face we received our food in a timely matter and was a very clean environment I give it a 10/10 will be back again

Average Arby's, nothing special. Except that the cashier was forced to stop taking my order halfway through, someone in the back yelled at him to stop taking orders, that they "Need to catch up first!" Waited a couple minutes, took my order, then waited an additional 10 minutes for the food.
Got the crispy chicken sandwich, tomatoes were unripe. Mac and cheese bites were fresh at least. Like half of their fountain drinks were out, didn't swap their BIB's or something.

Extremely clean and well cared for (not even a French fry on the floor or crumbs anywhere!) The food was good and the service was great! I'd definitely stop in again. Oh, also, the entire dining area was decorated for Halloween! FYI to my utter disappointment, potato cakes are NOT on the menu!
