First time trying the place. Was not disappointed. I tried the Guiso especial and delicious. Spices were pirfect. Spicy but not too much. The fried egg set it off. Real authentic food no tex mex. The rice and beans were good. Gave us tortillas on the side. Only negative I thought the cheese queso for chips was too thin
Love our Armandos!!! Wish they were still up the street from me. But they are close to my work. So I stop in as much as I can afford too!! Thanks for a great lunch yesterday ❤️❤️❤️??
Great meal. Some of my favourite chips and cheese!
Very good service and excellent food. We would highly recommend Armondo's and we will be back on a regular basis.
The best Mexican food I have had in a long time. Between all members of our party we had chicken quesadilla, shrimp tacos, and steak quesadilla and steak street taco. Everything was so good! Their meat is so tender and has such good flavor. If I could give this place more than 5 stars than I would! Definitely don’t want to miss out!!!
Not a very good presentation for a take out order. Nothing special. The same stuff like all of the other mexican restaurants in town. Nothing made fresh except for the guac, which I love. Everything else is from US Foods or Sysco. Was told my order would be ready in 30 minutes. I arrived on time and food was already cold. This place is only 7 minutes from where I stay and the sour cream sauce on the chick enchilada was already congealed when I got back home.Pretty average if you ask me.
My sister & I visited this location on 1/26/22 since we were in the area for an appointment & were unfamiliar with what was in the area for a good lunch place. My first clue was how dirty the bathroom was in this restaurant. I decided to go ahead & place our order. The staff needs to be able to understand English a little better when customers are placing an order. My sister had the fajita lunch which she said was average. I had the weds. lunch special which was choice of 2 enchiladas, rice & beans. We also had queso & tortillas. The tortillas were hard & cold. They were crumbling when you tried to fold them to dip in the watery, cold queso. I understand food prices have gone up everywhere but 22.00 (not including tip) for 2 lunches & 1 tea & 1 water was not worth the price for our lunch meal.
Amazing authentic Mexican restaurant, breaks my heart to see such a wonderful place empty during dinner rush. Everyone should try their amazing food and chips and cheese to die for!
Been trying some stuff off their menu that I've never had before and it's all been great! So much flavor!!!
Food is great and service is wonderful! Coming from Texas where we know our Mexican food!

It's really not that good. The "cheese" is so watery and has no flavor. The salsa was also very watery. The chips were one of the few things that was okay. The tortillas were dry and not very hot. They don't use filtered water for the sodas so they taste like chemicals from the tap water. The beef is too greasy and way too salty. The rice and beans were actually pretty good though. This place is in the same price range as Chelinos and not near as good.
Very nice atmosphere and the amazing display of their heritage is a great idea. The food was delicious and I was very happy to be in the area to be able to enjoy the experience.
This was our first time at Armando’s. The food and service was great!
Wow! 2nd visit, carne guiso, simply perfect. I had refried beans (very good) and some potatoes (outstanding!). Just an amazing meal, I almost took somw home for lunch tomorrow.
Seated fast. Order came out fast. Check was more than I expected for 2 people. I'm from Texas. But it was good. I'll take this place over any fast food place.
