Not a big fan of pretzels but these folks do em pretty good. They make em fresh in front of you, so yo know you're getting a quality pretzel.

Waited soooo long for our order, the people who came after us got their food prepared before we did. She said it would only take 10 minutes, but the wait was up to 30! Never coming back!!!

My company placed a decent-sized catering order at the Outlet Mall location. The workers had the order ready on time (even 10 minutes before pick-up time which was great since I got there a bit early), and 2 of the workers even helped me carry the boxes out to my car. All the employees had a great, friendly attitude. The food was delicious and exactly what we ordered. Definitely a great catering choice for your event or business!

Bad customer service is new 1.And I will not refer anybody to this Establishment…. Choose workers carefully and not by races. This so sad to me too experience this service at a place I love to eat.

Good but slow.
I visited many times over the past two days, but the soft pretzels were always sold out. There are almost no other products available. Although there were many staff members, there was only one person making the food. disappointing.
