On Sunday, I observed that the establishment was in the process of closing before the designated time of 5:00 PM. During this period, the team was already dismantling and cleaning equipment. Additionally, I encountered some challenges in my interaction with Eric, who appeared to be somewhat curt and seemed displeased that I placed an order close to closing time. I believe it would be beneficial for us to enhance our customer service standards until the official closing hour. It is important to note that I did not place an order during that time. Food quality was very poor - 2 large tubs close to $100 order and was soggy, most pepperoni at bottom of tubs and really had to reassemble and put toothpicks in to even make presentable. Very disappointed.
