Terrible experience. Gave me a small lemonade when the combo meal comes with a medium lemonade. Refused to change it out. Argued with me about what the sign says. Also didn’t give me my receipt. And asked what sauce I wanted with my combo as if it came with - then added extra cost without warning me. Overall paid $12 for a tiny lemonade and a pretzel. Dishonest team, seems like they don’t care about being honest about the prices or giving you what you paid for.

There were only 4 pretzel’s available: 2 Jalapeño and 2 Almond. Unkemp attendant seemed uninterested in sales or anything else. My visit was a very disappointing experience.

I wish I could give Auntie Anne's in the OKC area more than 5 stars!! An organization I serve with recently held a fundraising event and the owner of Auntie Anne's in the area kindly made a large pretzel donation for the event. Their team was excited to be a part, offered incredible timely service, and everything was fresh and hot all evening. I would recommend them over and over again!
