Understaffed waiting 15-20min for food, not their fault, but management needs to get their stuff together, almost all tables were not cleaned and the soda bar was also a mess. The service was good and friendly.

I would give 0 stars if I could.. It was evidently clear the foods are fryed in old oil. They didn't get my order right and didn't send it all out at the same time. When I went to get my refund the other half of my order was sitting under the head lamp. I paid over 30 bucks only to be told they can't refund it back in cash! Also the cooks don't wear gloves🤢🤮

I actually went to Long John Silvers. I am not much of a fan of their food anymore. They switched fry styles and no longer give crunchies at the bottom of your basket like they used to, and the fish/chicken doesn't taste the same as it used to. I was highly disappointed both times I visited in February.

I drive all the way from Norman to Oklahoma City just to have their fish planks that's how good they are you know as well as plenty of tartar sauce I like to just get the meat
