Long wait to be greeted at drive thru only to be told it would be a minute. Several minutes later they took the order. Very cordial. Pulled up. Paid. Guy explained they were short handed and appreciated my patience. No worries. Then I got the food. Burger patties were so small I couldn’t even tell it was actually a double. Fries were heat lamp remnants. Root beer was calibrated to be watered down and a sorry example of what A&W has historically been. If you’re going to make us wait 15 minutes in the drive thru at least serve good food.

We haven't been in quite a while. I haven't missed much though. At least in this location. No ice in the soda machine, the soda mix was also really off. The burger wasn't good. The place was clean though. I so wish that the fish wasn't cooked in the same oil as the chicken. My wife has a rare chicken allergy and I have several friends with fish allergies. So my wife got the burger but her stomach started to flop after a couple bites.
Dietary restrictions: Everything is cooked in the same oil. So if you are ok with that I guess it would be on the

I didn't order from A&W but it is attached to Long John silvers. The restaurant was dirty. Hand prints all over glass areas. The soda machine was gross. The tables were all dirty.

Food was Luke warm forgot my fries amd burger then new burger now fries cold by the time I git home our food was cold but his was warm. . Thrm they gave us a 5 dollar discount on our next meal. No thanks

Waited in the drive-through for 15 minutes for cold, soggy food and bad service at the window. 2/3 of the meals didn't get eaten. Soda was watered down and didn't taste right. Basically , it was a waste of money.
