Went to the A&W/ Long John Silvers to get dinner, and they had everything for LJS, but didn't have root beer at an A&W restaurant! How do you not have the cornerstone of your business at your restaurant?! It's like Burger King not having Whoppers! Very understaffed and ran horribly!

This place could use some massive improvements. They need to get rid of the waffle fries and bring back the good fries they used to have. I love A&W and LJS, but this place seems to be going to hell in a hand basket.

I went in on a Saturday mid-day. They said they were out of buns, couldn't make the new tropical drink because they didn't know how, and half the staff didn't know what was going on. I know one was new and learning but no one was there to help her. The tables were dirty, the soda fountain didn't have the nozzles on and nothing was stocked. A couple things that they have advertised were not available.

I’m inside and it’s filthy. Not a single sanitary table to sit at and the floors are covered with grease to where your feet slide and there is black marks all around the base of the trash cans and tables. The root beer was out and the soda machine was disgusting. My hot bun was super stale and so was the cheeseburger bun. No straws for the lids and cups
