Filthy....... there's so much dirt and food debris on the floor is crazy. Bunch of staff having a good old time but no no one cleaning.
In response to the the reply from management from this review about how it's hard to enure customers "safety" while they're open and that's basically WHY no one's cleaning..... what kind of ridiculous excuse is that? There is old food and trash littered all over the floor, behind trash cans, under tables and chairs..... obviously there for days and probably weeks. The health concern shouldn't be cleaning supplies sir or madam but roaches and rats or God knows what else. You have a staff that are sitting on payroll having stand up and not a cleaning rag, broom or mop in hand and that's ok? Jack in the Box on Danforth recently met it's demise for much less..... the cost of food doesn't match what we we recieve and the response was TEMU at best.

First off, it looks like whoever owns this store refuses to spend any money on it. Half of the lights don't work, and the sign has been damaged for years. Next, the last 2 times I've gone in, I've stood in line for over 10 minutes without anyone saying hello or we'll be right with you. No sense of urgency from ANY of the employees. I walked back out both times. The bad service is not worth the price of the food.

Yes the A&W down on Penn and 122nd Street in Oklahoma City I have never seen such atrocious Bad Manners or customer service from anybody in my life they don't know how to say thank you they don't know how to say how to smile I waited for half a freaking hour 15 minutes of it was sitting at the window after they took my money just to get my burger that's atrocious it's ridiculous it's unacceptable unprofessional and they should all be fired

I don’t usually give bad reviews. I saw the one stars and still decided to try it. Got a fish sandwich but it wasn’t fresh. Wasn’t nasty but could have been better. Fries was fresh at least. I probably wouldn’t try it again.

This is an A & W /Long John Silvers combo store. We ate LJS, and it will be the last time. First problem, store was hot, and so many flies we couldn't eat, and had to take our food to go.Second problem, the store was not clean. Everything was sticky feeling.Lastly, they only have my daughter 2 of 3 chickens, forgot my husband's hush puppies, and my son's cole slaw.My son loves the fish, but that is my only positive from our visit.

It smells like fish inside the restaurant, the workers don't use gloves, it's a little ghetto & I purchased a shake & it took 10 minutes for me to receive it. I wouldn't waste time or money here.

If I could leave 0 stars I would I'm the general manager for a fast food place myself and know how difficult it it's but this place was extremely disappointing I went through the drive thru to grab lunch after a meeting with my husband and son and they gave us the wrong food nothing other then cheesecake was correct when I called to let them know who answered the phone was extremely short when I tried to explain to them was cut off with ok I'm not in front of a computer. Will not return to this location ever again
If I could I would give a 0 star. But sadly you can't. Came in for lunch and after $20. The portion sizes were lacking. The store wasn't clean very few tables were kept up. And the staff wasn't the friendly. Save your money and your time. Go elsewhere
