I don’t usually give bad reviews. I saw the one stars and still decided to try it. Got a fish sandwich but it wasn’t fresh. Wasn’t nasty but could have been better. Fries was fresh at least. I probably wouldn’t try it again.

This is an A & W /Long John Silvers combo store. We ate LJS, and it will be the last time. First problem, store was hot, and so many flies we couldn't eat, and had to take our food to go.Second problem, the store was not clean. Everything was sticky feeling.Lastly, they only have my daughter 2 of 3 chickens, forgot my husband's hush puppies, and my son's cole slaw.My son loves the fish, but that is my only positive from our visit.

It smells like fish inside the restaurant, the workers don't use gloves, it's a little ghetto & I purchased a shake & it took 10 minutes for me to receive it. I wouldn't waste time or money here.

If I could leave 0 stars I would I'm the general manager for a fast food place myself and know how difficult it it's but this place was extremely disappointing I went through the drive thru to grab lunch after a meeting with my husband and son and they gave us the wrong food nothing other then cheesecake was correct when I called to let them know who answered the phone was extremely short when I tried to explain to them was cut off with ok I'm not in front of a computer. Will not return to this location ever again

If I could I would give a 0 star. But sadly you can't. Came in for lunch and after $20. The portion sizes were lacking. The store wasn't clean very few tables were kept up. And the staff wasn't the friendly. Save your money and your time. Go elsewhere

One of the best experiences I have ever had! We stopped in her after a long day of work and the gentleman that was working the register was so amazingly awesome that he made this a great visit! So helpful and customer oriented! So positive, happy, and amazing! I overheard that this is his 9th day! The food was both hot and amazingly flavorful! So yummy!

Food was good, but the employee at the drive through was asking for tips while taking payments. Your employees should be getting paid enough to not beg customers for tips.

We waited in line for 25 minutes just for 2 root beer freezes. It is supposed to be fast food not slow food.

Ordered food. The cheese curds were burnt and stuck together. Waste of money. The whole restaurant is unsanitary. When I ordered, there were chaos in their kitchen and it took a long time to get my food. Not worth going to this place. BEWARE!

The hamburger patties was so thin it didn't even look like a double Cheeseburger. It was not worth the cost of the meal.
