If i could give it a 0, I would. We got sat one foot away from another table, and when I say one foot I literally mean 12 inches. Our waiter had to lean across us to put our waters down as there was not enough room in between the tables for him to be able to stand and face both of us. My date had to turn his head completely around to talk to the waiter and make eye contact. We got the fried burrata, came out cold somehow? The bread that came with it was also soggy. We got the crab lasagna, it was okay. I got the burger, very average. My date got the beef dip, very average. The bartender was making tik toks behind the bar, she was talking over the tables to the server next to our table which is why I even looked over. Once the table next to us got up, someone was immediately sat there right after, there were 4 tables taken out of the entire restaurant. They sat us on top of each other for no reason, it was awful I would never recommend.

I was in OK for business and came to Bar Cicchetti. The food was so good that I came back my second night in town as well. The food was even better the second night. The portions are generous and reasonably priced. I also had two craft cocktails which were well aesthetically pleasing and balanced with unique and exciting flavors. I had the same server, Haley, both nights. She was attentive, positive, and friendly. I could not give a higher recommendation for a restaurant.

I arrived 5 minutes past the reservation time and had to wait about 10 minutes for someone to come up to the host stand to check me in. I then waited another 10 minutes. I then asked how much longer of a wait time. Then the host let me know that she cancelled my reservation due to me showing up 15 minutes late. However, I was only 5 minutes late and had to wait 10 minutes to get checked in due to no one being at the host stand. I was quite frustrated and ended up being seating at 8:00 despite making a 7:30 reservation.

I booked a reservation for my son birthday. Didnt book thing's correctly. There was a private party upstairs, where i thought i booked but long story short, our greeter was awesome, cleared some space upstairs for with the consent from the private party! Cant forget, our waiter was the best, my mom is very picky. Food was yum!!!! Too notch!!!! Thanks Bar Cicchettti

The only reason I am giving this place a 2 Star review is because the food was decent. However, our experience was worse than at an average chain on a mediocre day. Given the reviews and photos online, we thought this would be a good choice for our anniversary dinner (we are visiting OKC for the first time and many of the better restaurants were closed on a Monday evening). We made a reservation a day in advance; despite this, we were left standing at the door for several minutes while the wait staff chatted away with the cooks at the hot window. A cook had to tell a waiter that we were standing at the door. Finally, our waitress named Bailey came to greet us. We told her it was our anniversary and asked for a seat upstairs (with the photos online all being taken from upstairs, it was our expected atmosphere). She said that it was closed and gave us the option to sit in a booth next to the kitchen or at the end of a long high top in the center of the dining area. We chose the booth near the kitchen because it seemed a little more private. (Weâve sat near kitchens at other restaurants before and havenât had issues with it).
Bailey, however, is the real reason for our 2 star review. She was extremely loud and obnoxious, yelling at the cooks every chance she could get. In between our lack luster service, we had to hear Bailey screaming âHEY! HEY! I WISH I COULD GET A BAG OF FREE CHIPS!â repeatedly. She then informed the cooks that it was a reference to TikTok. She yelled âHEY! HEY! YOU KNOW HOW YOU HATE MAKING CHEESE?!? WELL GET ME A SIDE OF IT!! HAHAHAHAâ which we thought was extremely rude for staff to be complaining openly about the requests of customers. In addition, Bailey was laughing loudly and seemed more focused on her social life than providing good service and atmosphere for her customers. Baileyâs behavior was so off-putting that we didnât even want to stay for dessert. We went to the Melting Pot for a quiet, romantic booth and professional wait staff to salvage what we had left of our anniversary. Do yourself a favor, and donât come to this place for a special occasion. We learned our lesson. And Bailey the waitress just lost Bar Cicchetti our business. We will not return.

I placed a to go order for my husband to pick up after work. My husband sat at the bar for 15 mins for someone to acknowledge him to make him a cocktail while he waited. He gets the food home and itâs awful. The lamb balls had no sauce on them. We have been avid patrons for years and itâs so disappointing to see the service and the quality of food decline.

Laid back, small restaurant with great apps and strong drinks. The bartender was very attentive. Cauliflower and skewers apps were great, but we were very disappointed in the crab lasagna (overcooked, dry, & flavorless) and mahi mahi (super small portion; all about the presentation and not flavor in the plate). We'll definitely be back to try other things on the menu.
