Love the food!

Food was amazing and very flavorful. A great contrast to fast and fried food on 23rd st. Staff is very friendly and patient with those of us that didnt quite know what we were ordering. This is a new staple for us.

Basil Mediterranean Cafe is a hidden gem! The gyros are incredible—definitely some of the best I’ve ever had. The tabouli is a standout dish that I can’t recommend enough. The decor adds a warm and inviting atmosphere, and the unique light lamps create a cozy vibe. Everything about this place makes for a fantastic dining experience. Highly recommend! Five stars!

Basils never disappoints! The vegetarian appetizer platter is so good! We also have the chicken shish ka bob and the falafel wrap - both fresh and flavorful. One of the best parts of this dining experience is the Persian saffron tea and turkish coffee! Such a treat!

I got the classic gyro, the meat was flavorful and the lettuce wrapped it up nicely. I tried a bite of my friend’s chicken shish kebab it was great.

Parking: The parking was close, many open spots which surprised me depending on how good the food was.

This was my first time at basil, and it will be my last. The staff was amazing and the charm of the atmosphere inside the building loved it when I went to go pick up my call in order. My food was not even warm i got the classic Euro lunch special. Chicken cheese platter, which only had one skewer of chicken. Not too like I thought it would have and a vegetable skewer. I was delighted and surprised to see the dessert display, and I traded myself to the Lynn Berry Mars Capone, and the lemon Italian cake which I know will be amazing because of the ingredients but I will not be back. I'll just stick with Hummus cafe. Mediterranean, which has the flavor but I love and two chicken skewers for their chicken platter

1st time and this place was so good. Flavor was mild but very good. The meats on the kebab combo was a lil dry but tasty. Huge portions. Staff was very friendly, nice quiet atmosphere. Will def be back!

$13 dollars, 2nd person in the store for an 11am open and this is what I get? More fries than meat? First time will be the last time… if you are looking to get what you pay for and better tasting in my opinion… Greek House in Norman hands down…

One of the best Mediterranean restaurants in Oklahoma. Prices are fair and the menu is awesome. Plenty of Keto options and zero pork on the menu... YAY. I have eaten here way too many times and have been thoroughly satisfied every time. Both of the soups are amazing. The kubideh is amazing. The desserts are amazing.

We're visiting and went to Basil from a recommendation. We got take out veggie shih kabobs, and chicken kabob. The chicken was a little dry, but the flavors were great and the Basmati rice was delicious. They do have several tea options as well.
