I came in today with my grands to order ice cream and sit while we ate our ice cream. There is no other customers in the store. Neither of the 2 clerks welcomed us in. I thanked them for shopping out ice cream and did not receive a Your Welcome.
This is has not been our normal experience.

I got my ice cream birthday cake yesterday(5/14) and it cost $42 for a small cake. The cake was very dry, and it was not worth the price. The cake tasted premade like you can get anywhere. We went originally went to homeland and it was $25 for that same size ice cream cake, we thought what we were getting was gonna be bigger. It was very disappointing and didn’t taste that great. The ice cream also had a weird after taste. I would not recommend ice cream cake from baskin Robbin’s.

Poor management, do not order anything custom from this location. The franchise owner works in the store, she interacts with customers and takes orders on a daily basis but is still incapable of accurately documenting and following a customers request(s) for any custom desert regardless of how detailed of a description is given and how much time in advance she is given to prepare the order.

Today at 7:31pm, we went into Baskin Robbin . We got a single dip in a cone, and single cup in a bowl and we asked for little bit icing. The guy gave me a mean look. Was rude and said we don’t give icing and we would Have to charge. We tried to explain that we never been charged. Then the guy argued with us, made it completely awkward. Then we did not want the ice cream since he made us feel bad. We gave back the ice cream, as we were sitting in the car. WE WATCHED FROM THE WINDOW THEY WERE PUTTING THE ICE CREAM FROM THAT WERE FROM OUR HANDS INTO THE ICE CREAM CASE. Completely grossed out and was treated very badly!

If you haven’t tried beach ice cream yet, you’re in for a surprise. This is my new favorite ice cream, ever! It’s vanilla, caramel, and chocolate, all in one. I like to get it as a sundae with hot fudge and whipped cream.

I have been coming to this location for the past 4 years and all I ever order is a large vanilla malt and this is the only place that does it right the first time! This is rare and as one who loves consistency, they always accommodate and give me the best experience. I will be returning (like I have thus far) and look forward to getting my delicious vanilla malt! Thanks, guys!
Parking: It’s easily accessible and there’s plenty of space depending on the time of day you come but I’ve never had issues with parking.
Kid-friendliness: It’s a safe family friendly place to enjoy your dessert.
I love this Baskins Robbin’s location. It’s always clean and the staff is kind. Zoey was so patient with me and my kids. She was kind of enough to allow us to taste several flavors before we decided on old school strawberry ice cream!
