My wife has been a loyal customer of Baskin-Robbins for a long time. Unfortunately, her experience on Thursday was very disappointing and upsetting. She went to buy two milkshakes, but the employee who served her (a Latina girl, name listed on the receipt) was extremely rude and showed no respect or courtesy.
My wife greeted her politely, but the employee didn’t smile or acknowledge her properly. Later, when my wife said “thank you,” the employee just stared at her with an unfriendly attitude. No customer should be treated this way—especially when they are kind and respectful.
If an employee is working in customer service, they should know how to greet customers, smile, and show professionalism. We don’t want anything for free, but we do expect basic respect. My wife deserves an apology from this employee, and we hope management will address this issue seriously and make sure proper customer service training is provided.

Last year me and my friend had gone to eat icecream and so we ate inside but next day I felt off and asked my neighbor for a soda because I felt sick and I called my friend and she said she felt same way.
And so me and her had serverly gotten sick with food poisoning yes I know it's rare get it but we did.

I love coming to this location! Great customer service especially when it came to placing my cake order. Everything came out perfect! Just how I wanted it and it was beyond delicious. Everyone loved it!

Every time we come in we end up waiting longer. There is a gentleman who goes by Christian and will refuse to serve us. He will see us in line and serve the people behind us and make us wait for someone else.

Cake wasn’t accessible for me to pick up at my designated time. Ordered the cake two weeks in advance get to the store, they won’t write on it because of the cake texture. The texture is not great, looks like they used a dirty piping tip 🤦🏻♀️ Bright orange and Blue cake and the monsters “fur” is streaky green the brighter orange is what it’s supposed to be and the fur is not filled in well, looks messy and lazy. Not thrilled. I’ve ordered cakes here on a yearly basis. I’ll probably be switching to DQ or Cold stone for future cake orders.
I love the app incentives. I always have a consistent and good experience at this location! The variety of flavors, customer service, and app discounts are what keep me coming back. They have unique ice cream cakes as well.

Delicious ice cream, decided to get a mix of health and sweetness with the Jamoca Almond Fudge and the Chocolate Mousse Royale ice cream, both gave a wonderful strong flavor in the mouth.
