I use to love this place I drive all the way from Harrah for my cappuccino blast almost daily because the other two locations are horrible and now this location is just as bad. The first time I had them redo it but the girls attitude was horrible and the cappuccino was white in color both times. Today 2 days later we went in for a cappuccino blast again and we received a watery pale drink again. I didn't even bother to ask for a new one because all 3 drinks were just horrible. I don't know if it's the new works, the concentrate is off but no good.

31 Flavors has gone down hill! The ice cream was not appealing at all. It all looked melted over. The case looked unkepted. A scoop of ice cream had fallen inside the floor of the case, and just left. For the money they are priced at and the way that it all looked I said to myself forget it. The young girl behind the counter had no clue what she was talking about concerning flavors. What has happened to today!

I usually don't mind sounding more money and getting little if the quality was better. I spent 48 dollars for 2 shakes, ice cream waffle bowl, 2 waffle cones with one scoop, and 1 scoop on a regular cone. The shakes were not good and the scoops of the ice cream were skimpy. I would definitely recommend going to Braums not only is the ice cream better you get more for your money.

I am a loyal customer of BR, and would really love to leave a 5-star rating for them if it is solely based on the friendliness of the store associates.I even wrote on a piece of receipt paper what I would like to be written (with each word capitalized except "the") and asked if they can draw 3 balloons before the beginning letter and after the ending letter. Unfortunately, there was only one of each balloon draw, and the poor planning and utilization of spaces as well as the sub-par penmanship almost destroyed the wonderful cake! Please, please practice your handwritings and use of spaces...
