Lula, the cake maker, is amazing at this location. She made a flawless design for my very picky wife's birthday cake. It was a hit at her party.
I shouldn't say this.. but I drive past 2 other locations to use this place every year. It's the best one in okc imo. Lula is awesome!
Showed up and my order wasn't ready literally just ordered a single scoop and they said they didn't have it after having to look for my ticket order. I asked for 3 other flavors and they didn't have them. They have a very limited selection and they were treating me like it was bothering them to help me. They said that side is closed they close it early so they pulled all of the ice cream to the back. I've been waiting for 15 minutes while they try to get the line in the drive thru some with while I'm in the store with 2 other customers waiting while they have a conversation and joke around while we wait on them to get our orders. Very rude and unprofessional never coming to this location again. I didn't feel appreciated as a customer I felt like they didn't want me there and they didn't care to help me because it was a single scoop of ice cream. I had to remind them twice to get my SINGLE scoop of ice cream.

Always out of something every time I come here. And they take forever to make a replacement. They are a disgrace. I can forgive them if it was a 1 time thing. But it happens everytime. And it can be something basic like bananas. Avoid this here. Should be shut down.

How you run out of ice cream? That's pretty lazy to not make a milkshake and cancel orders rather than fill it even though you don't close for while.
