How you run out of ice cream? That's pretty lazy to not make a milkshake and cancel orders rather than fill it even though you don't close for while.

This is a one-night stay in Oklahoma City on our way back home from a 15th state trip. Even though we came in rather late that evening the girl was very pleasant, polite, and was happy to accommodate not only our ice cream but our donut request.

You have to wait 45 minutes if you want hot fudge/caramel. The place is also severely understaffed. It's obvious this franchisee is a cheapskate, preferring poor customer service over risking a tiny bit of product or labor cost.

Family owned business. The are right on time with service and they have hours until 9. People want this year round and this place still hand packs and makes cakes
Kid-friendliness: Plenty of seating inside and out. No drive thru. They give samples still. And I think have a kids birthday club.

Waited in line for 10 minutes just to be told they didn’t have what I wanted so then I tried to get something else and they have hot fudge on the menu but they don’t have that either! Horrible service! Go to cold stone instead!
