I absolutely love this place. It has healthy smoothie/milk options and I love their vegan cookies as well. The only complaint I have is their door says it closes at 4p (happy hour 3p-4p) and sometimes I’ll go down there between 2:50-3:00 and they’re already locked down.

The staff is just so welcoming and sweet. I ordered the vegan tofudilla melt & it was ready very quickly & came out popping hot.

Inside federal building, open to the public on south side, just take the escalator

Great spot with multiple options to choose from. Hailey was the best in making my Caesar melt and smoothie and explaining the underground tunnels. I was visiting on a work trip staying at a hotel nearby and didn't know about the tunnels. Her directions were on point. The food was so fresh! Thank you! Will definitely return.

Great coffee, great staff, great food, and great prices on breakfast foods! Stumbled upon the now open sign on my morning walk, and it's now my favorite coffee and breakfast spot downtown. This might become part of my daily routine at $5.99 for coffee and a breakfast sandwich or wrap...my neighbors will be happy to stop having my Richter scale registering blender as their alarm clock as often!

Enjoying a recharge. Quiet jazz in background. Cool little gem located underground. Next time you travel to downtown OKC check out the Underground Tunnels.

Tried this cute little spot for the first time. Staff was really helpful. I gave a 3 star because most of the greens that were in my order (salad) were kind of rotten. I also purchased a smoothie and it was amazing!

Folks this little cafe in the basement of the Continental building right next to Wyndham and Sheraton Downtown is a real gem! They have excellent coffee, smoothies and other healthy drinks and eats! I had soup and a Mediterranean wrap for lunch and I cannot wait to go back for breakfast in the morning! Plus they are the nicest people!! 6 Stars!!
