Everything was lukewarm. Very bare buffet.
No Salsas only canned pickled peppers.
For the menudo there was no hominy no cilantro and VERY little tripe. The caldo was lukewarm and no meat. No radishes no cucumbers. Cheese enchiladas were cold and dried up. Very disappointed. It used to be very good. Won’t be back.

this place used to be one of my favorite places to eat 10 years ago but now definitely is not even the same, I've been going for the last 4 weekends and it's really disappointing when they charge you 18 dollars for what is supposed to be a good buffet, last Saturday was my last time going to this place, there was absolutely nothing but fried tortillas, beans, rice a lot of lettuce, cheese enchiladas, slices of white bread and that's it!, nothing with meat or at least chicken,
unbelievable, service was excellent (lupita) is an excellent server but owner or manager needs to spend a little bit more on something different!, I cant believe that another buffet on the same street offers a lot more, even some seafood, birria, asado, shrimp and some other things for just 23 dollars, definitely not coming back to Berthas

Food was good. Always have new plates coming in at all times. It just varies throughout the day. Not to much for kids to pick from If the kids are picky.

I will not be coming back to this place!! They spoke no English, so no communication between us and staff. Could hardly order a drink! They didn't tell us how much is was when we asked and just told us to grab plates.. they charged at the end and without a single word.. $48.88 for 2 people to eat!!! The receipt had no break down of cost... For me to literally eat 2 potato taqititos and some rice and beans and a horchata drink... Regret even walking into this place.

**Added after the owner left a comment about "lies".. there is a picture of our "detailed receipt" on the review.. and it just had a total of 48.88 with no break down.. that's hilarious.. obvious bullshit! I had a shorter lady who couldn't hardly take our drink order.. and then didn't speak to us for the rest of our experience there. I think it's kind of funny that their response was to call a paying customer WITH A RECEIPT a liar BECAUSE THEY ARE SCAMMING PEOPLE!!

Food was nasty I wanted to throw up and if I could give it zero stars I would. My husband stop eating after one plate because he felt sick. Services was okay the lady was nice. But $17.50 per person is crazy. The food looks like dog food and it tastes old. If you want to get sick this is the place. And the owner might respond to this but I don’t care the owner needs to be quiet and learn how to manage a restaurant better. DON’T EAT HERE!

It is a bit expensive for me and the food is not that good for me. It is not a place to go and eat and enjoy a good time with friends but for something quick and to satisfy hunger it is fine

Do not eat here the food is old and sits out way longer then it should and there is very little selection. Table service is horrible and they do not speak English at all charged me and my wife $32.50 for lunch prices. $16.25 a person for lunch
