I went to the paseo art festival and chose this food truck because it looked good, I spent $17 on a small take out container with dough like raw tasting noodles covered in red pepper and oils it was gross and the lady who took my order had an attitude.
I ended up throwing away the noodles after trying a few bites the only highlight of it was the chicken.

I got the cumin beef broth and the initiator steak skewers. The steak skewers were fire, and the chimichurri sauce that accompanies them was a great balance of sweet and savory. The noodles had a fantastic flavor but ended up being slightly greasy and somewhat doughy. Flavor profiles were excellent, however, and I’ll probably be back.

NOTE: This is based on my experience at a food truck.
The workers were very nice, but the food wasn't. I got the traditional, and it really just tasted like plain noodles in spicy oil. My girlfriend got the chicken, but she shared a similar sentiment. It didn't taste bad, to be clear, just not like much of anything; certainly not enough to justify the high price.

Food was terrible! Would not recommend. Fried chicken was soggy and the noodles were gross. 🤢 way too expensive for terrible quality food. The wontons were delicious in flavor but extremely small, (4) equated to a normal size wonton and you only get (6) in total.

Went to eat with family, I wasn’t feeling much like noodles at the time so I ordered the One Way Chicken, I understand that it was dark meat and that’s generally more tender and I enjoy dark meat, but the cuts were very fatty, and the breading was soggy, the texture was just… not what I was expecting. Then I thought I’d try my sisters Noodles, which were not very appealing to the eye, payed extra for extra garnish, very skimpy on the greens, the noodles were too thick and more dumpling texture, too tough.. they were also dry “not enough broth” and lacked temperature… lukewarm at best… I spit the noodles into my napkin. She also paid extra for steak in her noodles and even with the steak being a medium rare it was very tough and chewy, bad cut of meat…. Also we ordered the cheese wontons which were very delicious, but the size of them was very disappointing, they were the size of a cheese it and the sweet chili sauce was clearly watered down because it was not sticky, and lacked flavor, the sweet chili sauce was more water in it than the noodles.

I had a wonderful experience trying Big Biang for the first time with a friend. I got the Cumin Braised Beef Noodles during the happy hour, and it was delicious! The hand-pulled noodles were delightfully chewy and authentic. I will be back there soon to try another noodle dish!

This place was amazing. Literally, the best thing i've had in a bowl in twenty years. Ambry was a great hostess/waitress kind and knowledgeable of the menu. I had the spicy chicken curry and added jalapenos and braised beef to it. The bowl was a straight war zone of flavor. It was everywhere. From the chicken to the red cabbage to the coconut, to the spice to the noods. A hundred flavors wrapped up in one bowl. Amazing. The wifey had the goku steak. It melted in her mouth and was served medium rare. ( The only way they grill it) ( the only way we like it). Cream cheese wontongs were bomb as well. Fresh everything. If you have not been here, I one hundred percent recommend it at least going once. You will more than likely be back.

I've traveled all over the world for the last 30 years and I've tried a lot of food. Today I ordered the Big Biang Traditional with chicken and it was seasoned amazingly. The chef here would do well in any major market city all over the world making food of this caliber. If you're in Oklahoma City, I strongly recommend you stop by Big Biang. They're located right in the city center not far from the botanical garden.
