I live in Texas. My sister talked on the phone praising this place only to sit at the bar with no greeting. She waited for 15 minutes with nobody coming to take her order or even offer a drink. Nobody was at the bar & a second person came waiting with no bar tender or service in sight.

Our family was very underwhelmed by this place. They have a very limited menu. Considering it was our first time, we tried a variety of different things. For starters, we went with the jalapeño chicken egg rolls and the cheese and onion wontons. The appetizers were actually the best tasting food we had. The portions were small for the price but the favor was delicious and the food was well-executed and fresh. For entrees we tried the traditional noodles with chicken, the traditional noodles with steak, and the braised beef. The traditional noodles are just too oily. The chicken version was the worst. The steak was cooked perfectly, but overall the meal is just too heavy. The pairing of thick noodles with a greasy chili oil sauce and steak just isn’t elegant or balanced. The braised beef was very tender but the overall flavor profile is just lacking in every entree. The service was good and the restaurant was clean and had a yuppie atmosphere if that’s your thing. We liked the apps but the price tag of $80 for 3 unappealing meals will keep us away. There’s way better food around town for a better value.

The food was delicious and the noodles were super fresh. We got the chicken curry and the traditional. The chicken curry was good but I would definitely recommend the tradition if you like a more oil base soy sauce flavor (I just wish this dish has more veggies!) The drink with St. Germain and gin was also very good and refreshing! Service was awesome. Ambiance casual sit down dining experience.

I have been wanting to check out the new place for quite a while now and finally made it out with the family. We arrived at approximately 7pm on a Saturday and it was a packed house. We were told it was a 15-20 minute wait so decided that was doable. Walked across the street for a drink (with all 3 kids in tow) and 30 minutes later we decided to go back. Finally a table was available after 5 minutes of anxious kids standing outside the establishment. We got to our table and our server didn't even ask us if we wanted anything to drink - she just brought out some waters for everyone (I wanted a soda.) So the reason I have been wanting to go here is for the Cumin Braised Beef Noodles. As soon as we go to order she says they are out of the Cumin Braised Beef Noodles, Goku Steak and Fried Enoki. We pivoted and ordered the Jalapeño Chicken Egg Rolls, Wontons, Chipotle Garlic Shrimp. One Way Fried Chicken, Spicy Chicken Curry and TraditionalNoodles with Steak. Everything was just okay. The favorites of the table were the Egg Rolls and the Traditional Noodles with Beef. Only my husband would touch the Spicy Chicken Curry that was way oversauced. Overall okay but was extremely disappointed with all the missing items (it was EARLY evening too). We decided to go elsewhere for dessert.

First time trying biang biang noodles in general and this place was a great introduction. I haven’t had a chance to try their food truck but this brick and mortar store is great!Had the fried chicken which were so crispy, a little sweet, spicy, and slightly citrusy. My spouse has the cumin beef noodles and I had the spicy chicken curry noddles. Absolutely delicious! The curry noodles definitely have some spicy to them! My spouse said his was more like a warm spice.Service was great and it was nice to see the place really fill up. Would return here again!

This place is awesome. While it has a small menu...the food packs a huge punch of flavor. The jalapeño chicken egg rolls are amazing. We also had the one way fried chicken and wontons. The cumen braised beef biang is solid with the noodles being cooked to perfection! It was so good we wound up taking home 2 orders of both the chicken and the egg rolls.

Great food truck translated to a great brick and mortar. Great for fans of the truck and for people who want menu items beyond the truck’s offering.

Absolutely in our top 5 meals we’ve eaten around the world, from Paris, to Australia we’ve had a lot of great food, but who knew, tucked in the heart of OKC was the ultimate hidden gem.The Cumin Braised Beef Noodles are packed with layers of deep, savory, umami flavor, take the leap, your tastebuds will thank you! I don’t think we’ll stop thinking about them for a long, loooong time. The cocktails we tried were incredible, top pick being the Biangin’ Old Fashioned. For desert we had the Cheesecake “Thai”ramisu, a much yummier twist on the classic with a hint of Thai Tea. Everything we had was so memorable & delicious, overall it was such an enjoyable experience, from the staff, the vibes & the stellar food. We can’t wait to come back!

The Chipotle Garlic shrimp was amazing. It needs to be made into a bowl!! The kale the shrimp sits on should be a national dish. The noodles were perfect too!

Got sat pretty quickly when we arrived. Service was actually great and what gave them their 2 stars. Food on the other hand was not good at all. I was so excited to try this place out as it's a hand pulled noodle place in OKC. I ordered a few items. Let's start with the things that tasted okay. Jalapeño chicken egg rolls were pretty good and flavorful. One way fried chicken was decent. Fried enoki mushrooms were alright. Goku steak was weird. It was good but cold, so it threw us off. Unsure if it's supposed to be that way? Traditional noodles with chicken were absolutely bland. The only thing you can taste is the chili oil which was just spicy with no flavor. I got the cumin braised beef noodles and it was bland as well. It smelled so good but no flavor whatsoever. The beef was very tender though. I was very disappointed. The noodles however were alright. Just wish the noodle dishes had flavor. I'm sad to say I won't be returning.

All their dishes I've had are packed full of flavor. I sat at the bar and service was pretty quick. Definitely will return. Still need to try the chicken curry noodle dish. So far my favorites are the chicken jalapeño egg rolls and the big Biang traditional noodles.
