I was gifted this bread by one of the owners. I had the German Rye and the Honey Wheat (plus the granola). This bread does not disappoint! The German Rye was so delicious with a hint of tang. We paired it with different flavors of cream cheese and it was so good! I had planned to make patty melts, but it didn’t last long enough, we couldn’t stop eating it. Highly recommend!! Found the Cinnamon Walnut Raisin loaf at Uptown and became hooked. Simple real ingredients, as bread is intended to be! I feel good feeding this to my kids.
