I was gifted this bread by one of the owners. I had the German Rye and the Honey Wheat (plus the granola). This bread does not disappoint! The German Rye was so delicious with a hint of tang. We paired it with different flavors of cream cheese and it was so good! I had planned to make patty melts, but it didn’t last long enough, we couldn’t stop eating it. Their breads are amazing, and this is a place everyone needs to visit at least once. I went there for their German rye bread, but they have so much more. It’s important to note that certain breads are only available on certain days, and you may need to get there early to ensure that you can get what you want. Call ahead or get their schedule.
Delicious walnut, chocolate chip, oatmeal cookie. The best cookie I have ever had. Slightly crunchy and firm on the outside and tender, gooey, soft on the inside. Don't know how they do it.
We got some of their Old Fashioned White bread and don't care for the texture of it. We got day old spelt rolls and they were excellent. They are dense rolls and we will go back to get more.
