Lord have mercy. My wife just brought this home(we live 30 min away) and it was the most robust, juicy, swole-up slap ya' momma bacon cheeseburger I've ever had. After a 30 min car ride. Clearly hand made patty cooked to perfection. Next time I'm coming in person and buying your chef a beer!

The food is top notch. My family and I visited Biglow's Burgers this past weekend. The wings are the best wings I have ever had. I also got the Spicy Cowboy burger. It is the perfect burger, balancing sweet and spicy. My 9 year old son said that the woman working was the nicest lady he has ever met! The food and service was a 10 out of 10! Please try!!

One of the best tasting burgers I believe I've ever had. The size of the burgers are giant, the amount of amazing fries is huge. I don't normally have an issue finishing food, I could not finish the Bacon Me Crazy and fries. Anyhow, I was just made aware of this place the day prior and had to check it out. The woman taking orders was so sweet, took about 20 mins to get our food but everything is cooked fresh when ordered. 10 of 10 recommend!

If you are on the fence about trying this place…. JUST DO IT! I expected to get a good burger, but not the best one that I have ever had. I like my burgers to be juicy and a tad pink throughout. This burger delivered on all expectations… size, flavor, texture, etc. the fries were also really good. Before you say anything about their prices, their portion size is unlike any other and even if it wasn’t the experience would be worth every penny. Keep up the great work!

My family decided to try out Biglows Burgers. It was on our list to try and we finally did. It was a tough day we went around noon -ish and we walked in and were told they only had enough burger meat for one more burger but had other options so I chose the chicken sandwhich and got the bacon me crazy burger. We sat down and my son loved the pool table and we played till our food got there. food was good and everything but I noticed they locked the front door and the lights went out I was like ok no big deal but being I'm always looking for ways to grow business I would have maybe put a sign saying you didn't have burgers but had other great sandwiches promote your small business. It was early to run out of meat as you're supposed to be open for a few more hours. Then the drink machine was turned off halfway through the meal we had. It wasn't something I'd plan to go back for but maybe one day .

First time trying this today with four co-workers and none of us had been here before. They only brought one order out at a time and it was 15 minutes between getting the orders. I was asked three different times what my order was and had to get it to go after an hour of sitting in the restaurant without eating. The food was decent, but the service was not good at all.

Never even said hello, welcome, or anything.Took our order(you pay when you place your order).Walked back to the kitchen. Didn't tell us to get our own drinks. I finally went and got them myself.She brought our food out when it was ready. Put it on the table, never saying a word, and walked back to the kitchen and disappeared the rest of the time we were there.We ate, and we left.With the prices they charge, you would think you would get some kind of service.We won't be back, and I would venture a guess they won't be in business for long.
