Always excellent food and great customer service. However, they changed the lunch schedule without notice on 03 February 2025. I went in on 06 February 2025 not knowing that they had changed it to dine-in only.

There are two things that any BBq place should be able to well. Ribs and Brisket. If your ribs are so overcooked it is the consistency of beef jerky, you go on my never return list. By the way beef jerky is less tough than the ribs I received.

Came In on 11.22.24 At the time of check out the lady bawled my receipt when asked where is my receipt she stated in the bag nevertheless the receipt was not in my bag of course . She also seemed very strange I did not argue just grabbed my bag of food and left. However the food was delicious the gentleman behind the counter was nice as well.

Went to billy Slims and had the best experience for being a first time costumer to Billy's, becky and D were awsome polite answered any questions I had about the food. Took my food to go and the food was off the chain highly recommend coming here. ???

Maybe next time don’t make fun of someone until after they leave. I think that is the polite thing to do if you are going to make fun of your customers for reading the sign incorrectly. Employees were also rude to the gentleman ahead of me. Has customer service died?
