I came in unsure of what I wanted. They had one other customer sitting there eating. I decided on the baked potato. I chose brisket as a meat. I didn't check my bag until I made it back to my hotel, and realized that he didn't give me brisket he gave me pulled pork, barely put any toppings on the potato. Like a sprinkle of cheese and sour cream and no chives! The Portion of meat put on the potato was good, but it wasn't what I ordered😟pay attention to your guest rather the junky who came in after me to hang out with you and distracted you from the two guest you had. I should've tipped you like a rookie!

Stopped at the Joplin Mo Billy Sims at 12:45 for 1/2 of pound of sliced brisket. The they at the drive through was very rude. And informed me they had just done a big catering and had no sliced brisket. Isn’t that your business?
How does a place that’s main menu idea brisket and they are out? Other brisket place was happy to take my money.
Barbecue ribs are so freaking phenomenal I immediately have to take a nap couldn't really finish off the slab. I promise and guarantee I will when I wake up.

The food here is consistently good. The level of freshness, flavor, smoke, bark, and tenderness is excellent. Portion to price ratio is outstanding, your gonna get full on less than $20 per person. I got the 2 Meat Dinner (sliced brisket and smoked turkey) and my fella got Half Rack + 2 sides each for less than $40. Leftovers for lunch today was just as good as it was last night for dinner!! Thanks for yummy BBQ, my family really appreciates you!
First off most certainly not worth 40 bucks and the older gentleman that was working there was very inconsiderate and rude I didn't get my extra cheese and sour cream I even said I'd pay for it there was a homeless woman I think she was homeless I'm not sure but the way he spoke to her and hollered her to get out and was just straight up unmerciful hateful and rude I understand the homeless population around here is overwhelming overwhelming but try to be try to be part of the solution there's a lot of mentally ill people out there and he was clearly staggered by the sheer presence of a homeless woman I met her out in front of my motel at the bus stop I'm in the middle of moving and temporarily staying across the street but I sure as hell won't be back, it just took me back I come from a family with money but I screwed up my life and I have been homeless only for 3 days but that was enough I get a check for being mentally ill but I am not stupid and I am still a human being and so was the lady that was in the restaurant hey was just straight up hateful that man was straight up hateful I mean hollering at her to get out and from where I was sitting she was doing nothing I don't quite know their history and I Can Only Imagine. But he needs to find other employment because public service is not his thing. And the way the world is today we're supposed to be looking out for each other and lifting each other up and helping each other by the grace of God I'm still here and I have a family and kids and grandkids yesterday was the anniversary of my daughter getting murdered in Houston Texas 5 years and he didn't make it a very pleasant day just his whole attitude sucked like I said I'll go without barbecue before I ever step into Billy Sims again . sincerely JF

Let’s just dive in. I went at dinner time, was no one in there. Girl at register was very friendly and helpful. I got the sliced brisket sandwich with Mac and cheese. Was dry and flavorless. Bun was alright. Mac and cheese was average nothing special. Price wasn’t terrible at $11 for sandwich and side but I was expecting more, was quick and easy though and would be willing to try again.
