This was my first time going to this restaurant and it will be my last. If I could give no stars for the food I would.I ordered sesame chicken, general tso and chicken lo me. For both entrees I ordered fried rice.They had clearly forgotten about my order when I went to the pickup window. I placed my order at 1:15 and did not get my order until 2pm. On the door they had a sign stating they would be closing at 3 for a private event. If that was the case you should’ve blocked all online orders so that you don’t have to rush and give out poorly prepared food.When I finally received my order they gave me white rice that was cold. This rice was cold as in it just came out the refrigerator. Mind you I ordered fried rice…….The chicken was fried so hard, I could not chew it. You’d expect that since they took so long the food would be fresh. Instead, they re-fried our chicken and covered it in sauce and fried it just enough to get the food feeling “hot”.For 40$ and a cashiers tip , I could’ve went somewhere else. Wish I could post a video of how hard the chicken was.

The vermicelli soup was very flavourful. It's a different flavor than I have come across in such soups. The hot green tea was a great compliment. Ther server was polite and helpful, checking that all was well several times.The menu had several pages covering several cultures' cuisines.

The customer service is great! Their staff is friendly and welcoming. We ordered our food for takeout and it was ready for us. The two things I was disappointed about was that our chicken was hard and almost like plastic. I suspect it was made earlier...way earlier, and reheated. The boba in my Milk Tea was also hard, but the tea was good. I'm not sure I would try this location again.
My go to for Vietnamese food, and good service. I wish I could come more often than I do.I had the bbq pho and it was one of the best phos I've had. The Bánh mìs are great too.
Horrible Service, every table was empty but dirty ! The lady "cleaned" the table but left everything wet and dirty. The food was nasty very greasy ! Specially the pho! We never got refills on our drinks they had a bitch choking on her noodles !

The waiter was great and very helpful in describing and selecting unfamiliar food items. However, the taste of most things we ordered were rather blan. Nothing was a 'standout' worth noting except for the egg rolls. They were pretty good, fresh and crispy. The orange chicken was just bad. The breading was very tough and hard to chew. I will not go out of my way to eat here again.

Good pho, decent spring rolls. Over all a nice spot. I prefer it over pho b&b around the corner.
