BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse

My meal was completely cold. We waited so long for the food that I didn't want to make a fuss and reorder. We ordered dessert and the server never put in the order, so we didn't get it. My Caesar salad was soaked in dressing, and much of the romaine was wilted and very brown so I didn't feel comfortable eating it for fear I'd get sick.

Had reservations for 7:30. We weren't seated until 8:15 and didn't get our food until 9:15. Food was fine just disappointed in the service.

Absolutely horrible experience. Our reservation was for 6:30, we checked in at 6:27, and we were finally seated at 7:15(open bar seating). We checked in with the hostess twice, and she kept saying “we will get you seated as soon as a table is clean”. Finally, we walked over to the bar and noticed a clean table at 7:15. Our name was never called and I'm highly disappointed. The food was below par. My chicken was refrigerator cold, and my husband's food was overcooked and cold. Never going back to this location.

Their beer and food are delicious. The service was excellent. The atmosphere was nice. It's just a little on the expensive side. However, still worth it.

Ordered the ribeye. Horrible piece of meat. I ate 3 bites as it was all fat. I’ll stick to other items I have had in the past that were good on future visits.

Camdyn is one of my favorite servers to have, she is so sweet and makes the dining experience so enjoyable! This is my favorite location out of the 3 in OKC area!

We got a round booth as requested and they had it available within minutes of arrival. The server was great. Food was mostly good, my medium rare steak was closer to medium and it seemed like a smaller amount than I normally get. The restaurant was a bit louder than normal, which detracted from the ambiance. Kids loved it and were oblivious.

The sirloin and Ribeye steaks had so much gristle you couldn’t chew them. My baked potato was cold and hard. Our order was wrong, we ordered the sirloin and shrimp scampi and they forgot the scampi. Had to ask 3 times for it and it came as we were through eating. Then they tried to charge us separately for each item after they said it was their mistake. When we questioned it the reply was what do you want me to do about it…how about just charge us for what we ordered.

Wait on a Friday night at 7 was only 20 minutes. Kash, our waiter, was fantastic! On point with everything we ordered and requested!
Great personality and interaction with the kids! Food came out extremely fast, hot and delicious! Atmosphere was great and very family friendly. We will definitely be back!
