Went for the final night BW was open. Enjoyed the experience, the good was good. Wife didn't enjoy her dish though
We really enjoyed this restaurant! We went on New Years Eve but it wasn't overly crowded. Great spot!
An Hour and a half after ordering, we still had not received our food. No discussion with the waitress or the manager until we forced it. Then it was a simple.... The kitchen is backed up. 15 min later we left no dinner. Appetizer was good, don't ask for extra toast with the Medi dip, the answer was the kitchen is busy they probably can't get to it. The manager, or I assume he was the manager, seemed clueless and unconcerned.
A wonderful dining experience, as always!! We're excited to see what comes next, but we sure are going to miss Black Walnut!
The food and service were excellent. Daughter just moved to OKC and took her there for Thanksgiving. Our waitress, Kylie, was wonderful, and the food was amazing. Great value, great food, and great restaurant!
Family was in town and decided to explore something different for dinner. Black Walnut was an excellent choice.
We had a large group of 9 and were seated within 15 minutes of arriving without a reservation.
Service was excellent, we had to servers and they were both very attentive.
Their menu is a bit on the pricey side, but the flavors in the meal is different worth it. Highly recommend to anyone looking to treat themselves or family to a nice dinner.
Cocktails were also very good and flavorful. 🍸

Absolutely amazing and the best customer service, I have ever had at a restaurant. Bradon turned on the heat for us and I was extremely impressed. The food was good and Kaylin was very helpful as well.

This was very disappointing. The food was lackluster. With a very limited menu how are you out of a main entree at 6:30 on a Saturday? The Jerk pops had little to no spice. Brussels Caesar Salad was really a bowl of grilled Sprouts w/ onions. The steak was very meh. Hardly any potatoes sweet or otherwise but a lot of brussel sprouts. We were there for our anniversary and made a mention during the reservation. Waitress never even asked if we were celebrating anything. It wouldn't be that big of a deal if she hadn't asked the next couple. We were given two mismatched plates for the appetizer, one of which was dirty. To her credit she did ask about allergies. So I guess that's good. Afterwards we went and got pizza and threw the leftovers out.

Had a wonderful experience! The staff was attentive, the décor felt like a mix or luxury with modern, and the happy hour gave us a great chance to sample a variety of dishes. Everything was reasonably priced with generous portions—definitely a spot I'd return to.
My experience was great along with the service. The honey roasted lavender chicken was delicious and juicy. My husband had the tenderloin and it was pretty good and tender.I will be back in the near future.

Wow! Simply an amazing meal! We had the Blue Crab Hushpuppies for an appetizer. Great start! We had the Salmon, Honey Roasted Chicken and the Cast Iron Strip at our table. I can highly recommend them all. We were all so happy with our dishes. It was finished off with a spice cake to die for! Great service, beautiful presentation. It was done right and it was greatly enjoyed by our group. Thanks for a wonderful meal.
The food and service were very good. We have only been two times, but we have enjoyed both visits. My only complaint would be that the music in the background is a bit loud in my opinion.
This place has a wonderful private setting but not so formal as to be unwelcoming. I absolutely recommend this place. The food was good and had lots of herbal flavoring. I can't remember the name of the dessert but it was a buttery rum cake with ice cream. Delicious!!! The service stood out most of all. They moved with stealthy deliberate intentions to where you barely noticed you were being serviced but somehow everything arrived promptly and with even having to ask.
Absolutely horrible. 1 1/2 hours after our reservation no food. No apologies, didn’t even comp our drinks.
