Went for on a Sunday evening with a friend for jazz night -- one of the best bar experienes I have ever had in OKC. Cozy and warm atmosphere but still had all the best elements of a rugged dive bar. Very loud and hard to carry a conversation on jazz night, but we went for the music so it wasn't a problem. Cheap drinks. Incredible spot and plan to be back again soon.

4th time there , I really wanted to like this place but all 4 occasions the bartenders lacked any customer service . All 4 times my group has had a different bartenders.. last night 9/1 /2025 the bartender didn’t even acknowledge my husband and I , she was to busy showing her friends things on her phone and then giving them all the attention . We ended up smoking a cigarette and leaving without getting a drink….
Do better and hiring losers with no work ethic

Cute set-up, but that's about that....attended a show, couldn't hear them half the time bc the intoxicated staff were yelling their conversations. As a non-alcoholic, the drinks were well over poured and undrinkable.

Blue Note is a staple spot in OKC. They renovated it a couple years back, and it is a lot better now. The back patio outside has a laid back feel (mostly for people to go smoke), and inside is a nice stage, pool table, and cozy booths to sit in. Staff are nice and drinks are good. This place can get loud! They charge a cover too (at least when I’ve been) for the shows. Fun spot to watch local bands.

They book the best shows! Such a nice venue, the drinks are great, they have a pool table, massive patio and always holding events. This is one of my favorite places in Okc.
