Café Do Brasil 440 N.W. 11th St. Oklahoma City, OK 73103 Weekends are a time to relax, and there is no better way than to stumble upon one of the best brunches in OKC. The surroundings at Café Do Brasil are colorful with an essence of old-world charm. My son Ryan was in town. The name Ryan stands for Little King, and we wanted to treat him royally. Medicare Jet-Setter co-creator Neil Johnson suggested we brunch at Café Do Brasil and sit on the patio. The weather on Saturday was a picture-perfect fall morning. Café Do Brasil is in Mid-town OKC. The food is authentic Brazilian cuisine that combines flavor, uniqueness, and comfort. A fascinating history about the building is that it was an old funeral home that the restaurant owners transformed into a Brazilian get-away. You will feel like you are on vacation and have stepped into paradise. For a quiet brunch, go on a Saturday. For brunch with live Bosa Nova beats, go on Sunday. Chef Ana Paixao Davis travels to Brazil once a year to visit and work with various chefs in many regions within Brazil. She was born and raised in Belo Horizonte, Brazil. Once you taste the food, you will appreciate Chef Ana and her dedication to bringing the best of Brazil to Oklahoma. The three of us had been discussing having a bloody Mary since Thursday evening when the Little King arrived. We were delighted when we sipped our concoctions on Saturday morning that Café Do Brasil knows how to do a Bloody Mary. We were ecstatic when we found out they were only $4.00 each this Saturday morning. Our server suggested we start our brunch off with some cheese bread. She said, “The best way to enjoy it is to spread it with a generous helping of butter, topped with grape jelly.” We took our bright-colored yellow cloth napkins and put them on our laps. Ready to experience the homemade cheese bread. Our server was correct. The butter and grape jelly on the bread made it pop. It was everything we ever dreamed of for a taste treat. Once again, to our delight, it was only $2.00. I ordered the Bom Dia. Translated from Portuguese to English means, Good Morning. Yes, this brunch dish does make for a good morning. It is a beautiful dish full of color and flavor. The meal is a mixture of sauteed chicken, bacon, bell peppers, green onions, grape tomatoes, diced potato topped with poached eggs, and white wine hollandaise sauce. It comes with wheat toast and fried plantain. Oh man, that fried plantain was sweet, creamy, and crazy yummy. Neil ordered the Feast. This dish combines diced ham, bacon, green onions, Roma tomatoes, soft scrambled eggs, and Swiss cheese. It comes with wheat toast and potatoes. Neil gave the Feast a thumbs up and said he would order it again. The Little King ordered the Hangover, which is only available on weekends. Ryan said, “I love this. It is not your traditional run-of-the-meal brunch dish. It is unique and a nice change of pace.” The Hangover is house-made chorizo, and scrambled eggs served with spicy cheese potatoes, homemade refried beans, and tortillas. What a lovely and groovy brunch we experienced at Café Do Brasil. We were delighted that our bill for the three Bloody Marys, cheese bread, and three entrees was only $58.00.

Everything about this restaurant is amazing. We each (4) ordered something different so we could share. All 4 entrees were wonderful prepared with fresh ingredients, filled with flavor, and beautifully presented! And as an added bonus, we got to meet Ana, the owner/chef/creator of this magic. We will definitely return.

First time eating here. Order the cocktail Caipirinha. You can thank me later. I ate the Virado and it was great. Great authentic food.

Feels like an old fashioned social hall. I had the steak, which was excellent, as were the black beans that came with it. Such a pleasant experience.

What a find! Definitely 5 star food, service, selection, variety and value. Passion fruit desserts were 10+ stars! We had the Chicken Stroganoff and the Brazilian pie with tropical salad - two passion fruit desserts. We shared and loved it all. ?

We stopped in for an early lunch. The special chicken-chorizo-egg dish was delicious. I had a tilapia stew in coconut curry. Tooo good. We have been to Brazil and this food brought us right back to the tastes of the country. Good chef, good prices. We'd be regulars if we lived in OK!

Thanks to Mrs Emily Alison for helping me and my family trade, I got my withdrawal (cash out) yesterday. You're the best trader I've ever experience myself. After many times of been defrauded of my funds, i finally get to cash out. She's legit, reliable and experience. I invested $500 to earn $7000... Easier than I thought Emily Alison you're the best trader I can recommended for anyone who wants to invest and trade with a genuine trader ..if interested contact her via

We lunch here again. I wanted to taste the food because of the wonderful experience and the outstanding seasoning, plus the very affordable prices. My wife, guest and I had another outstanding experience. The owner came by and said hello and explained how she custom mixes the seasoning. The wine selection by the glass is varied. I had the Malbec, properly chilled to 49 degrees so that it could open when poured. We dined, chatted and enjoyed.

Cafe do Brasil impressed! The savory flavors of this cultural cuisine rivaled the uniqueness of their decor. The black bean soup, citrus salad, and the multi meat dish with rice all display the tastes of Brasil. The lighting was weirdly dim, but the experience was well worth the visit.

Get the cheese bread. You won’t regret it! On weekends they have live music. It can be a bit loud but it’s delightful and delicious.

We lunched twice with our friend and each time tried different dishes. The seasoning of the food makes the dishes unique. Spicy and not hot to the palate, just rich in original spices, which I have not had at other restaurants. The prices at lunch are very affordable, the patio spacious and welcoming and the service impeccable.

I found this place online, and having traveled to Brazil many times I had to try it. The stroganoff is very authentic and is really good. Also ask for a Guaraná soda to drink, they are amazing. The patio is a great place to sit and listen to great Brazilian music and enjoy your meal!
