The men's bathroom was dirty, and neither the urinal or the toilet would flush, and there was human waste standing in both.

Nasty. $9 for a burnt gross burger. I bought the number 5. Save money and get a mcdouble from mcdonalds. Cheaper and taste way better

Braums has the best quality items in their stores, always fresh and delicious.
Unfortunately they are cruel to their cows by over milking them and making them spend their whole life inside on concrete they never get to feel the sun shining on their backs or taste a clover in the morning dew.

Tiffany (morning manager) is the worst worker at this store! She completely ignored me as I was standing at the front counter waiting to order so she could talk to her little old lady friends as she is one herself. This kind of behavior and attitude towards someone that went to this store every single day 5 days a week will make me not return!

I love Braums, but the service has been way too inconsistent as of lately. A few months ago I asked for Braums sauce at the drive-thru, but the lady tells me I can just ask at the pickup window instead of ordering at the speaker… Alright, so about a week ago, I asked for it along with ketchup at the pickup window. The employee handling my food says, “Braums sauce is 50 cents extra.” I respond with, “Okay, well I didn’t know that.” I could tell the employee felt bad since she gave me two sauces (for free). Now, after having ordered dinner just a few minutes ago and explicitly asking for 4 Braums sauces at the speaker (1 w/ the meal + 3 extra), I’ve received none of them… First of all, what’s with the contradictory statements from your staff? Either charge me for sauce or hand them out for free, I really don’t care. Only giving 1 star because this has happened the past few times. Obviously, I will make sure to double check the bag before I leave from now on, but you guys should also give people what they order and not tell them two different things to ultimately leave them unsatisfied.

I do not understand the concept of having to drive through menus. All it does is create chaos and people. Cut and it takes longer to get through. If you were wise, you should go back too 1 drive through, not impressed

Three cars in the other lane got their orders taken, no sign indicating lane 2 wasn't open or they just weren't paying attention, so I left. Couldn't tell you how the food is.
